The bed was very comfortable, and the decor tastefully combined. The bathroom was spacious with a jacuzzi. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast served each morning. The spread was impressive, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, local cheeses, pastries, and traditional Turkish dishes. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace, with stunning views of the Cappadocian landscape and the fairy chimneys, was a truly magical experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area. It's just a short walk from the center of Goreme, with its array of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local tours and activities, and I appreciated their insights on the best places to visit. Overall, the Charming Cave Hotel lives up to its name. It offers a unique and memorable stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Turkey with the best view for the hot air balloons in the skies. Such a beautiful, clean , well maintained property ! It also has the best views of Goreme and the hot air balloons ! We stayed in one of the suites and the view from our jacuzzi was so amazing ! Ibrahim was very helpful, organised amazing excursions and was so committed to making our experience wonderful - thank you so much Charming cave hotel - you gave us an experience we will never forget ! If I really wanted to knit- pick the only slight negative is that hotel was really close to a speaker for the call to prayer so we were woken up 5:30 every morning- maybe the rooms could be better sound proofed ?

I loved everything and there is nothing negative to mention.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! The best part of Charming Cave Hotel was the staff - absolutely cannot fault them they went above and beyond all day every day. On days that the balloons were on the hotel’s rooftop was stunning, we had the best morning ever watching them at sunrise from the rooftop. The breakfast was spectacular - so much food! Would highly recommend the sweet Turkish pancakes they were delicious. They even offered a free shuttle to Uchisar and we booked an airport shuttle through them too which was so easy and would recommend. I never normally book tours through our hotels but they were so helpful and the tours were brilliant and really reasonable. My husband and I honestly had the best 4 days here and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

The only small thing I would change was the bed was a little bit uncomfy but I might be extra sensitive as I’m pregnant and my husband is 6ft5!

Perfect location, staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Lovely room, great views. Nothing was too much, when we asked staff for advice or help.

Beautiful room, huge comfortable bed, amazing hot tub, huge delicious breakfast (savoury freshly made Turkish pancakes my favourite), really helpful tips (Ahmed) on our arrival, wonderful roof top to watch the balloons at sunrise, great friendly service from Iranian young man at breakfast each morn. The recommended Dibek claypot restaurant food well worth a visit. A very comfortable, happy stay.

For anyone with mobility problems, there is no lift I think and the particularly tight steps down to our amazing bathroom (Room 101) would be a challenge. Would be helpful to recommend ceramics workshops in Avanos less top of the range/hugely expensive.

We are here 2 days holiday in Cappadocia, a successful trip started with a special welcome and constant support from the reception team and also the incredible support from the concierge, to start a good day you must eat at the rooftop restaurant with their amazing and special team and can't forget to mention the rest for their great hospitality. Charming Cave Hotel really made my gift great ! They recommended the mentioned places to visit and also food recommendations. All the breakfasts and the team were great throughout our stay. If you decide to come to Cappadocia, be sure to stay at this hotel!

This is the most beautiful hotel in Cappadocia. The rooftop/terrace has the most spectacular and breathtaking views, watching the balloons fly over the area and valleys is the most memorable part. Truly magical. The owner and all of the staffs are accommodating. We were suggested how to spend our time wisely during our stay in Cappadocia. We arrived early in the hotel but we are served with free breakfast while waiting for the check in time. Even when we check out, we’re allowed to leave our baggage and stay in the area while waiting for our trip going to Pamukkale at night and even served food again..😊 The hotel has four terraces and accessible to hotel guests. And the best thing-we had the most delicious breakfast ever!!!😋 The owner also arrange tours and hot air balloons with reputable companies and reasonable price. Did not regret anything at all. We had the best stay during our trip in Turkey 🇹🇷

This place was so beautiful and the staff was so lovely and helpful. The room did not feel claustrophobic at all, which I was a little nervous about because im scared of caves. It was clean and beautifully decorated with tons of little touches. It's has a beautiful terrace with lovely views at breakfast, especially of the balloons. The staff was super engaged in helping me book shuttles, balloon rides, and other activities. It's a short walk to downtown. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. (The photo of the bed was as I was checking out and realized I should take a picture. When I arrived it was beautifully made and covered in rose petals. But I was so tired I didn't think to take a pic)
