Everything was great.

1) Location was amazing. The main market was very close and easily accessible. 2) Staff was very helpful. Specially mentioning Filiz for her support & suggestions ❤️ 3) Even though breakfast had limited options, they made sure to provide few fresh alternatives 4) The view from the terrace was spectacular. Would highly recommend as the perfect spot for balloon viewings at sunrise.

The location and vacinity to town centre was awesome, close enough to the hustle and bustle, but far enough for the noise of evening parties. All great spots just walking distance away. The view over this picturesque village cannot be retold, not even pictures can properly depict this spectacular marvel. Homes, businesses, restaurants and boutique hotels carved into granular rock formations is something that blow your mind every-time you step out of your hotel room. On arrival our host, explained the town, the region and all the activities on offer. It was a short stay and she helped us plan and book activities for the whole weekend (busy family - she planned some rest too). We got to see most of Cappadocia regiion during our short stay. A special thank you to our hosts for chasing down our bus after we left an expensive item on the bus. The rooms carved into the caves, were cosy, romantic and specious. The Aircons and ventilation was very well designed. Bathroom was spacious, lovely bath tub and spacious shower.

The shower rose was damaged. On arrival lighting was beautiful, but when packing a little more light would have been great.

Located in Goreme centre and easily accessible by walking or by car with free parking just outside the reception area.The team lead by Filiz made all efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible but equally acted as a tour guide to advise us where to go on the 3 days we stayed at this fabulous cave hotel with excellent views of the hot air balloons when they fly early morning.The breakfast is plenty of options and so tasty.This cave hotel is by far Goreme best kept little secret.

I did not like...but LOVE the place.The people who work there were very2 pleasant..nice n good people.mr ibrahim n mr mustapha were very2 helpful.Very coorperative.Very friendly.The people who registered also were very2 pleasant..and very2 nice.SALUTE!!The brekfast spread was delicious like homecook meal.and the spread was unexpected..definitely will come back here..The room??beautiful and huge for 2 or 3 person .Having jacuzzi in every bathroom is a plus point considering the price.The location.PERFECT!!walking distance to the town...beautiful pictures can be captured around the hotel...pliz2 come here if u are booking a hotel..u will not regret it.Worth my noney tq grand cave suite for the experience.

No lift but the people will be willing to help carry ur stuff.

1. Strategic location of property. Walking distance to very upscale lively central market. 2. Aesthetic looks of the property. 3. Choice of breakfast with several varities. 4. Welcome by property manager and staff. 5. Jacuzzi in the room was functioning. 6. Very large size of the room. 7. Property accommodated early check-in thereby saving our time to explore other activities. 8. Dedicated tour desk with reasonable price. 9. Property arranged local tour guide and airport drop shuttle which was seamless. I must appreciate that Turks value time and all the time the transport was dot on time. 10. Property manager arranged pack of breakfast for us since we were leaving earlier than breakfast time. Box contained food items more than what we demanded. 11. Property manager Ms. Filiz was quick is response via WA for airport shuttle, during local tour etc.

1. Since the internal walls of rooms are dark (Black) colored (due to carving of stone), the light inside the room appear very dim and not enough light is available. This causes some level of discomfort for people who have weak eyesight and difficult to locate items. I suggest increasing the wattage of lamps fitted or increasing the no. of lights. 2. Since there is no air conditioner available in the room (caves are cool from inside) but a little amount of hotness is always there, it is suggested to provide at least 2 nos. of pedestal fans in the room.

Cappadocia and specially Goreme are beautiful. This hotel fits very well in this picturesque location. Cave room was very unique, clean and provided for instagrammy pictures :). Hot tub was great in our family suite. Breakfast was limited for the price but still sumptuous enough. They are also quite helpful with booking tours and reasonable with mark-up if added. Location is great, pretty near to downtown but sufficiently away from the noise.

Omg this is one of the loveliest hotels in Capadocia, can’t wait to go back. You get the amazing views of the balloons; incredible views of the sunset, rooms are huge and there’s easily room for four in a room. Breakfast and incredible with great views. Centrally located with distance to everything. Staff very responsive and set things up and very communicative.

That my stay was too short. I would love to have stayed there a long time.

Staff were professional and ready to help at any moment when called upon. We stayed for 2 nights, and we had a great stay. The hotel location is closer to many attractions, locations, and restaurants.

The breakfast selection is okay, but there should be an option to be able to warm the food with a microwave, which was not available . Some foods such as vegetables mixed and scramble eggs are cold the time we got to the restaurant and unfortunately, there was no option to warm them.

Loved this hotel! It’s definitely in a great location with many restaurants and stores in a walking distance. The staff at the hotel were amazing!! A huge shoutout to Muhammad the overnight staff who was very kind and went out of his way to help us. Every other staff member was super lovely as well and showed our family so much love, especially to our 3 babies. Another thing that we loved was the many seats available to watch the balloons if you wake up at 6am. Perfect spots to take pictures as well.

The food was fresh but was the same every day.
