Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, and always plenty of hot water. Breakfasts were large and there's Nescafe or çay offered throughout the day if out on property terraces. Birds were always chirping and it was a very relaxing place to be with incredible views! Metin and his family go above and beyond for making sure guests feel like family! Location is prime with an easy walk to the center of Göreme and bus station. Early risers will also be able to see the balloons; balloon photo posted with review taken while still in bed with the balloon right outside my window! Metin will also send a list of services he can help arrange, including shuttle to/from either airport. In addition, I was also very pleased with the hot air balloon trip he booked for me with Rainbow Balloons. On arrival, Metin was also very helpful to sit down with guests and thoroughly cover a map with the endless possibilities of things to do in the Cappadocia region. I will definitely stay here again anytime I'm in the area!

Stairs around the property, and in my room for getting to the bathroom, are steep, uneven in places, and might be a challenge for some. WiFi wasn't the greatest and might be problematic for anyone not having a Turkish sim card.

Our room was a cave room, it was then very basic, but exactly "adventure" for our kids. After a whole day trekking, the powerful hot shower and extremely comfortable beds just made our days prefect. The location was great, it was at a quiet corner but actually only 7 minutes walk from the "downtown". We reached the hotel at very early morning (7 am! Due to the overnight bus schedule). Sorry to wake up the hotel gentleman for us to leave our suitcases at reception, he was very friendly and nice. And then we went to look for any opened cafe for a coffee. We returned to the hotel about 10am and the room was already ready for us. We were very thankful for the early check-in that we could recover from the sleepless overnight bus ride. The hotel owner Metin and his wife were very friendly, they answered any questions and provided good advices. The terrace was great too, one can sit there and have an open view to see the Rosa Valley sunrise sunset or looking at the hot air ballons rising at early morning. Compare with other luxury hotels at this area, Coco Cave is basic but it is very warm-hearted with homely feeling. For the price and location, it is a very great option.

Metin, the manager was so very kind, warm, helpful and friendly to our family. We felt most welcome. We had a good breakfast every morning too. The rooms we stayed in were very tastefully decorated with an awesome ambiance befitting to the beautiful Goreme. The situation on the hotel was also fantastic, right where you'd want to be! Shops and Restaurants within walking distance. Ooh and very Important for any traveller, the beds were very comfortable

I liked everything! I have zero complaints. My girls didn't like their shower in their room, so they showered in our room. Otherwise that was the only negstive

First of all, our host is great and friendly. He welcomed us with a smile and dropped us off at the bus station. He also honoured us by extending check-out time. He gave us a lot of information about the tourist attractions. He arranged a car for us to travel around. As a family of four, it did cost us less compared to a red or green tour that others charge. I know there will be a guide in the red or green tour. But, most of the info is self-explanatory.

The bathroom was a little disappointing to us. The hot water issue was there too. Breakfast was disappointing too. The entire property was occupied by just us, perhaps the reason for the underrated breakfast. Otherwise, the owner is very sweet and friendly.

The best part of this place is the owner Metin and his family. He was so kind and genuine and helped us with anything we needed throughout the time we stayed there. We stayed in a cave room and then in a room with a balcony. Both were great. It also included free breakfast everyday on a terrace with a great lookout spot to enjoy the balloons in the morning. Metin also helped book us a balloon ride that was cheaper than what we found online.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from Goreme city center, in a quiet area surrounded by other hotels, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, travel agencies and markets. The owner was very helpful in arranging a shuttle transfer to Kayseri Airport. The cave room was comfortable and had a very good bed. The breakfast consisted of some slices of cucumber, tomato and cheese, omelette, bread, jam, butter, honey, coffee or tea, and was served in a terrace with a view for the balloons and the valley.

i have been to Cappadocia 3 times and i always come back here, i have stayed in more than 5 different places including some pricy hotels but still, every time i come back to Goreme, i just feel like I'm home in Coco cave hotel. Metin, the hotel owner, he treats all his guests as he treats his family. he is willing to help and do anything to make his guests feel comfortable and have a good time with hotel staff. i got so much help that i don't even know how thankful i am. it's not only me, he is just extremely friendly, funny, and helps all other guests who need help. (ps. he is famous in Goreme haha everyone knows him and says all good things about him even other hotel owners) the location is just right 5 mins walk from the bus terminal, shops, restaurants, tour companies are all around but quiet at night. wifi works very well, super fast. shower, toilet, everything works great, all the toilet amenities are provided. i have stayed in the famous hotel in Goreme (Mit*** hotel) as well and paid much more but this place has the same view. no needed to pay for expensive hotels. the room pictures here, i know it seems not good haha but i swear the rooms are bigger and all clean. i stayed in most of rooms here. they are all cosy, spacious. very nice breakfast is included with some drinks. I have travelled to so many countries and this place is highly and the most recommended accommodation.

Perfect stay! I booked this hotel based on positive reviews and it went even beyond my expectations! It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views and very close to literally everything! You will enjoy balloons show from the breakfast terrasse, no need to go somewhere and look for a spot. The hotel is very clean and has everything one would basically would need. Breakfasts are very good! Metin is truly the best host I have ever had. From day one it felt like home and me being part of his family. He is very attentive, always available and willing to help. He have detailed explanations of the area, activities, restaurants etc etc. I booked many activities (airport transfer, Green tour, Dervish show, Air Balloon tour etc) with Metin’s help and they all went perfectly fine! He got best prices and chooses trustworthy partners. It was not my first time in Goreme and definitely not last, especially now, having such a place to stay. Being a frequent traveler, I haven’t seen so far this value hotel for such a price.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town, not far away from the bus station, so it's easy to get anywhere you want. My room was quite spacious and comfortable. Although I didn't spend too much time there because I usually went sightseeing or hiking for the whole day, there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast was served to each of the guests individually, which added a nice personal touch to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spared no effort in making my stay even more comfortable and helping with getting any necessary information and with all even non-standard travel arrangements. I really felt like I was staying with my friends or family. If I ever go to Cappadocia, I won't hesitate to stay in Coco Cave Hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Coco Caves. Right from day one, when i reached Metin, the manager came to pick me up at the bus station. He was truely helpful, supportive, and really friendly. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. As a solo traveler, i had certain fears but they were all dissipated with the good treatment that i got at the hotel. Metin arranged my trips, transport and cherry on the cake, i even enjoyed a relaxing turkish bath on the eve of my departure and he did not even charge me for his service fee. I must say, i was lucky. I totally recommend this hotel to solo lady travelers like me. I got good value for my money and liked my stay very much. On my last day, Metin even arranged for the bus shuttle to drop me at the airport.

On day one, i had breakfast with the manager and his staff as i was alone. It was simple food of bread, omelette, chips, olives and salad. I appreciated the fact that i was given a warm welcome. I am not complaining but i guess i got what i paid for.
