A family with 3 big kids. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. - The room look like the pictures shared at Booking.com. It was clean and the room size is just nice for us - Top class customer service. Sefa and his colleagues were very helpful and accommodative. He attended to our questions and request almost immediately. Sefa recommended us the best tour guide we ever had during this holiday (Mr Ibrahim) and we got a good price for our hot air balloon ride as well. - We were allowed late check out because our bus departed from Göreme at 7 PM (of course subject to room availability). They even offered to send us to bus terminal. We are very thankful for this.

I recently stayed with my family and friends at this place and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We were 3 families in 3 different rooms and we were placed on the ground floor. Our rooms had a big open space like a veranda with a garden swing, each room had its own sitting area. The rooms were very spacious with jacuzzi in all the rooms. We can see hot air balloons from outside the rooms and even from the roof top. The city view is also amazing at night. Excellent location as it's walkable to the main road and restaurants. To reach the hotel by foot, there's a little walk uphill. We booked the balloon ride and the day tour from them. They were really helpful in all ways. We were upset about our balloon ride, as the driver from the balloon company was late for pick up and we had to miss the inflating of the balloons. Also we were rushed in the balloon like flocks of sheep coz it was very close to sunrise. However after all the chaos, luckily we didn't miss the sunrise and had the best experience of the lifetime. We informed the front desk about our experience with the balloon ride and at first they said they can't do anything with it as it's the balloon company who handles this situation. However they understood our situation and it was so nice of them to offer us a free taxi ride for the next day's morning balloon viewing. We didn't take it though as we weren't expecting anything from them. The mix tour that we booked was also amazing with a very sweet and professional tour guide Sevda. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the exceptional services we received. Keep up the excellent and friendly services.

It would be really great to have some shelves in the bathroom near the washbasin to keep the toiletries. The same goes for the shower area. Also the picture shared on booking.com showed a photo area at the rooftop with the Turkish carpet, but during our stay, that place was shifted to the opposite side of the rooftop and it was as good as not available.

The rooms are excellent, and the hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to the city center. The staff exceeded my expectations, always available and ready to address any request. I highly recommend relying on them for organizing excursions, such as balloon flights, quad rides, or dinner arrangements. Everything was amazing and expertly managed by the reception team—highly recommended.

The room I was assigned wasn't exactly the one I saw on the website, but it was still very good (and the staff did offer to change it, though I chose not to). However, it's important to note that this hotel might not be ideal for those suffering from claustrophobia, as the rooms are designed to resemble caves, with some areas lacking windows.

Staff were excellent and Sefa who worked there was amazing. Activities are important here and he Booked all tours, Taxis balloons and arranging a lovely baby sitter who looked after our 2 kids and allowed us to do activities that young kids can’t. Location great. Just away from the town but higher up so you have nicer views. Cappadocia is stunning and many hotels are very similar. However the number of restaurants and roof terraces this place head was excellent (4 I think if not more)

Could do we updating. But they are built in 10000+ year old rock caves and I’m sure most hotels are similar. So not a major complaint. Not coming here for luxury.

The property was perfectly located just 5 min to the sunset view point. The staff is very friendly and arranging whenever you have a request. Also, they have a really nice terrace with a view facing the city. note that the elegance and dervish hotel are located in front of each other and you can easily enjoy the terrace from the two hotels

The room we selected was nice and spacious. however, it was a bit humid. indeed there was no vent for the air to circulate.

The hotel’s location is great. The breakfast is fantastic. Staff is friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable. The sort out and clean the rooms every day to the highest standard. Even though it is a cave hotel, the smell is ok and it is not stuffy at all. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There is a convenient parking. It is walking distance from the main shopping street and the sunrise view. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that there were no soap plate and toothbrush cup in the bathroom. There was no space where to leave the soap and shower gel in the shower cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay at the elegance cave suites. The staffs were very helpful and kind particularly Hassan and Mohammed during breakfast and their room service abs cleanliness was great. The family room were very spacious

The water pressure in the shower was very low and also last activity which was Jeep safari that the hotel organised for us was very rushed because the driver come late. He didn’t speak English even though we asked for a guide that can speak English.

great room - a nice upgrade of the room (thanks to teh check-in personell) took us in a deluxe one carved inside the mountain. The airco was a bless in the hot air of Capadoccia. Only a few steps up from teh room a nice platform (oart of a terrace bar) gave us the opportunity to enjy the morning balloons passing by... amazing

Breakfast was really basic. served in a room across the street, one coudl barely find something eadible or fresh. It is amazing that for a cointry full of fruits and vegetables, the breakfast was merely serving a dried fruit and a melon.. same for a few days. Coffee is another sad story...

I was disappointed that the terrace wasn't set up for hot air balloon viewing, which was a significant draw for me in choosing this location.

Breakfast was good, location was nice and room was very comfortable.

Its better to book balloon ride and other rides from local travel agents than from the reception. 35euro more for a balloon ride quoted at the reception.
