During my recent stay at Goreme Mansion, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. The rooms were not only immaculately clean but also felt like a home away from home. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby city, and the diverse breakfast options offered something for everyone. Additionally, the availability of tea at all times and the delightful bakery service added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Cem and Erdem for their impressive service, which truly enhanced my overall experience at Goreme Mansion.

The property was a quick five minute walk from downtown & also from the viewpoint that overlooked the city. The facilities were great and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when trying to book various activities. For instance, due to weather, my hot air balloon ride was canceled two days in a row, but the hotel was able to book me on a hot air balloon ride my last morning, right before my flight without an increase in cost. I was very appreciative of this as I otherwise would not have been able to afford a hot air balloon flight. Overall, it was a great day and I would highly recommend for other travelers!

The property was very beautiful. Located at the heart of Goreme, on days where hot air balloon could fly im sure u can see the beautiful scenery just from the property rooftop or even from your own balcony. Walking distance ~10mins to the town of Goreme but bear in mind walking up to hill on the way back can be tiring especially if you are not fit. Excellent and exceptional service by the staff. We arrived earlier than check in time at around 10am, we were served free breakfast upon arrival and they rushed to get our room ready as soon as it was vacant so we checked in early at around 11.30am. I’m staying at another property just in front of this property with my mom and her group but my boyfriend was the one staying here, every morning during our stay they served breakfast for me free of charge because i didnt want my boyfriend to eat alone. Very friendly owner and staff we were very pleasant throughout our stay. The standard room was a good size and beautiful, a steal for the price we paid. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

I stayed at the Goreme Mansion with my wife and son during our visit to Cappadocia in July 2024. The location was fantastic, 3 minutes walk to the main town center. We stayed in a 3-bed room. Clean facility. But the main thing that made our stay exceptional was warmth. The owner, Cem, arranged our travel bookings - balloon tour, one-day private tour, and our transfer back from Cappadocia to Ankara. He offered a fantastic package and ensured the maximum comfort and enjoyment. He was kind enough to even personally drive us to Avanos for an afternoon. The warmth and hospitality we received surpassed all expectations. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast spread. There is a nice terrace where you can witness balloons passing in the morning. Price to value ratio is excellent. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel.

We are a family of 5 and had an amazing time in Goreme and in no part thanks to our stay at the Goreme Cave Mansion. We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. We would like to thank Cem and Erdem Dasdeler and their staff for their very warm welcome and friendly efficient service that made us feel like home. As we got in, the warm greetings from Cem and Erdem set the tone for our stay. Cem took his time to show us around, got us refreshments and made us feel very welcomed. Erdem took the time to explain all the activities and things to do in Cappadocia and organized everything for us at very fair prices. The location is great, within walking distance to everything: city center, restaurants, hiking trails, supermarkets, viewpoints etc. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious and served at the table and there is a lot of food. The kitchen is also opened all day if you want to grab a bottle of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, juice etc. And if like us, you have young kids and want to enjoy a cold beer or cappadocia wine on the terrace, you can buy at the local supermarket and keep it cold in the fridge in the kitchen. As a family with kids, we spent a lot of time on the terrasse which offers an incredible scenic view of Goreme and also in the morning you can see the hot air balloons passing over your head. Thank you Cem and Erdem for welcoming our family and making our stay so memorable. We look forward to hopefully come back someday!

Cem Dasdeler, the owner and manager of the Hotel, wears multiple hats. Not only does he oversee the hotel, but he's also a skilled balloon pilot for Voyager Balloons. His warm welcome upon my arrival set the tone for an exceptional stay. Here are the highlights: 1. Efficient Check-In: Cem ensured a smooth check-in process, making me feel right at home. 2. Comfortable Accommodations: The room and en suite bathroom were impeccable, with all amenities as promised. I appreciated the attention to detail. 3. Delightful Dining Experience: The bountiful Turkish breakfast served directly to my table was a highlight. It provided the perfect fuel for my daily adventures. 4. Adventures: The staff are not only friendly but also well-versed in organizing tours. I opted for the balloon ride with Voyager Balloons, and it was an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travellers. 5. Around-the-Clock Hospitality: Guests are invited to use the dining room 24/7, where coffee, cake, and other treats await. It's a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall experience. 6. Scenic Rooftop Views: Perched on a hill, the hotel offers panoramic views from its rooftop. In closing, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Cem, Erdem, and the entire staff for their warm, efficient, and friendly service. Very pretty hotel, it has a lovely large terrace, and since it’s located in the upper part of Goreme, you get a good view from the top! The breakfast was delicious, slightly changing each day. We chose the cheaper room option, but it was still spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We went on the Green tour booked by the hotel, we were told it would include a visit to Selime Monastery, but when on the tour this turned out not to be the case. A bit disappointing, but not sure whose fault it was!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is incredible, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The owners were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey—absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our mornings. We also booked the Red Tour Valley and a hot air balloon ride through the hotel. Both experiences were professionally organized and truly unforgettable. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay here again!
