cool and spacious room, with lot of comforts (slippers, fridge, gel showers, free bottles of water), great breakfast on a cool rooftop, nice and very kind stuff, very nice swimming pool

a bit noisy room cause non-soundproof (you hear noises of people in other rooms and corridor), just 1 electrical outlet in a uncomfortable position far from the bed. Swimming pool apart the others SPA services were not included and very very expensive (example: 20€ for 10 min sauna). Laundry service not so good quality: lost 1 sock and the t-shirts lost colour and size and not been ironed (1 bag for 15€).

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended! The hotel is located in the center of Göreme and can be reached very easily. You don‘t have to step uphill, what we liked a lot. Price-performance ration of the hotel is very good. The room, as the whole hotel, was cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was adorable with the typicall stone vibe as the hotel. In the hotel is a beautiful indoor pool, nice terrace in the garden outside and an amazing breakfast terrace with lovely view. The breakfast buffet was just perfect and everything was fresh made. They have also typicall turkish apple tea 😍 Our favourit, hard to find somewhere else. The staff was very professional, friendly and 24/7 helpful. We booked all our activities (ATV‘s ride, Airballoon flight, one-day tour) through the hotel and we loved it. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot and we felt the whole time welcome! Thank you! 💯🙏❤️

The hotel is well located and the rooms are decent size but would soon need a bit of updating as they're a bit worn out. The staff is friendly but it seems only 2 people are there at any time except for breakfast when the kitchen and waiting staff arrive to serve an amazing buffet breakfast. The Spa facilities are supposedly closed for renovations (not seen anything going on) but it seems they've just not opened the Spa due to either lack of guests or staff or both. The indoor pool was luckily opened and is amazing. Overall the hotel offered great facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay.

The hotel bar has no staff (the receptionist serves) and the prices are just extortionate...higher than London. The spa was closed without prior notice but it didn't bother us too much...

Lovely and varied breakfast that can be enjoyed both inside and outside on a great terrace with a great view. Fresh pancakes and omelettes were made on the terrace while we ate some of the days. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Göreme. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The pool area is a sight in itself. We couldn't be more pleased.

We actually have nothing to complain about.

The breakfast and view was exceptional and we had a balcony on our room that was unexpected and an absolute pleasure. Comfortable beds and the room was huge and comfy for 3 adults sharing. Cupboard space for hanging clothing was appreciated. Excellent location and staff were very helpful in organizing hotel-airport transfer and hot air balloon ride. Pool was lovely and clean - we swam every day.

The outside couch area wasn't set up during our stay, I think due to thunder storms. The shower was a bit messy - it wets the whole floor. The shower itself is good though. The hotel is on a road that is rather busy in the very early morning (+-4am) and men unloading stones right outside our window one night from about 1am. We have earplugs so it wasn't a major problem. The pool area is pretty random - it is a massive space that could be a cool hang out area if it was given some attention. Right now it is just a huge empty space.

Everthing was perfect. The room was clean, the employees were helpful. All the facilities next door. You can book activities directly in the reception. The breakfast was amazing.

We only had some issue with the WIFI. The connection was poor but it doesn't really matter in my opinion except if you work remotely.

Great Location, good staff and hygiene. Close to good restaurants. Superb views of the surroundings make this a better place to live. We did not use spa as we did not have enough time but overall great experience.

Nothing that comes to mind really. Everything was fine. Our rooms were on the third floor so getting up with luggage was a little tough. Otherwise great.

Location is excellent. The breakfast and the view from the terrace is just amazing. Centrally located to everything and anything Staff is excellent and very very helpful The person whose in charge of the Breakfast was Mr Memdu ... hes such a wonderful gentlemen. And extremely hardworking The person who handles the front desk Mr Farooq is a wonderdul person .. he helped with all our bookings and tours. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality

Rooms could have been slightly bigger. Shower area is tooooo small and bathroom feels very cramped..

staff at the reception helped us a lot with the plan of our journey. The location is perfect. The breakfast is top! Fresh and good quality. The chef accommodated my allergy to walnuts preparing delicious sweets and some bignè appositely without nuts.

We miss Goreme and this hotel already! The atmosphere was home-alike & we felt so welcomed which we cant thank you all enough for! It was all so perfect, from the entrance to the room! We were welcomed by smiling and helpfull staff and they stayed exactly that thru all of our time there. The location is amazing, everything was so close and it was not up the hill like some, which we appreciate. Viewpoints, bus station, open air museum, old church, Ikman galerie, all was just 5-15 minutes by foot. The hotel is very clean, they changed towels and emptied trash cans in our room daily and we didnt even noticed the ladies that did it. The room was just right for us too, it was cozy, clean and we slept like babies on that bed! Also, we had a kettle, coffe and sugar to make ourselves at the room which we appreciated so much! Breakfast was so rich, we had many optins to choose from; from fruit, cereals, yoghurt, milk, juices, various fruit, vegetables, cheeses & cakes! And there was a chef that made gozleme or ommlet right there by the tables (he was so nice also!!). We only used the pool (by our choice) even tho other stuff was available too...the pool is amazing looking, you get your own towel in a plastic bag, sanitezed, the water was just right (not cold nor warm), the music played (some kind of andalusian guitar) made it so much more cosy & we loved it! I mean, every little thing we noticed & loved & we sure do hope and look forward on coming back! Thank you for making us feel so appriciated and home-alike!!

The only thing is that wi-fi sometimes was off.
