hotel is in small street car cannot go infront but its not a big issueit seems more like a stone hotel than cave house keeping is not daily for tours etc check the market first too many options. avalable in market

Breakfast guy was very very polite, smiley and friendly. Stone room was okay Terrace with view for late night tea with your friends was a bonus Overall experience was satisfying

The air-conditioning system in the room was not the best. It takes time to warm up the place. There was times that we felt cold. Jacuzzi was very loud but functional There was no enough soap for your shower and also for the jacuzzi and we have to bought from the market. I am writing this because when you pay more for the room with the jacuzzi it supposed to be included.

The hotel is really good value for money and we really enjoyed our few days there. The room and hotel looks like the pictures and it is a good place from which to explore the area. Big plus points: 1. Amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise from the terrace. There is also a separate terrace at a lower level which was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. 2. Very centrally located in Goreme - walking distance to the centre. 3. Friendly and helpful staff with easy communication and helped us with airport transfers. 4. Clean and comfortable room. The room smells a bit damp, but this can be expected from a cave room. 5. Decent breakfast - sufficient variety

This is separate from the hotel, but I want to add this as we had booked this through the hotel. We found the organised tours (red + green tour + ATV) quite disappointing - it was a bit oversold by the hotel and didnt meet the expectation for the price. A lot of wasted time at jewellery & sweet shops and felt a bit like a tourist trap. I don't know how much different it would be with another tour operator, but this was our experience.

I liked the breakfast and the view from the terrace. T I emailed them and they booked an airport transfer for me, so I didn't have to do it myself. We also communicated via WhatsApp. We got a bigger room with two separate beds and there was enough space and the room was comfy, clean, quiet and unique. Got a chance to see one of their smaller rooms and it wasn't that good.

Mold in the bathroom - health hazard by American standards. But we closed the door to the bathroom. The tour from the hotel (being offered) is 50 euro. The same tour from a tour agency on the street 40 euro. Goreme is such a beautiful and unique town. But it needs cleaning. I wish all small owners got together and cleaned up abandoned properties.

The overall impression is perfect, ideal, best place to stay, really! The owner Khan is the best host ever, so friendly, he helped with booking the balloon flight , and just the next day I was flying already! He really made my stay in Göreme perfect! The location is perfect! It is near the main square, very easy to get to Göreme Open Air museum . The hotel is very beautiful, I felt like I lived in a museum, the room is so cozy, with designer furniture and beautiful small things. I really had no problem with anything. In hotel there is everything needed. The hair dryer and iron (for me it was specifically important), tea, coffee . The terrace is big and has beautiful, magnificent view ! You really have to force yourself to wake up at 5 a.m. to see the balloons flying over ! It is a real fairytale! Also, I want to say about the breakfast! It is very delicious and really a lot of food , a big choice and everything is really delicious! Overall impression I was so happy to live there , I recommend the hotel for sure!

Great breakfast and hospitality and Khan was really responsive to the queries. He had also helped to get our laundry done. Cosy vibes. Toilet and room was clean. The view was fantastic from the top roof.

Probably need to change the mattress as it was uncomfortable especially those with back pain. It felt like we were sinking into the mattress. I woke up the next day with back pain. The bed frame also needs fixing/replace as it was making sound every time you in/out from bed or moved and it’s a bit loud and would However, I would come back again to this place anyway provided the above is addressed.

Me and my partner felt very happy in this hotel. Khan is very accommodating and kind. He is exceptional and excellent. Khan assisted us far and beyond. He helped us plan our day and reserve the best activities to do. I had a problem with the pre booking I made online for the hot air balloon and he managed to secure a slot for us to experience the highlight of our Cappadocia tour. This is an enchanting experience with Deluxe Balloons. He also recommended us to a great sunset horse back riding activity. This is the best way to experience sunset in Cappadocia, with Nature Ranch. He made my partner's birthday memorable by a Turkish Night at Evranos. We had the best Turkish breakfast every day of our stay which is already included with the room price. Melissa - their pet, is a lovely dog who keeps us company whenever we are in the reception. The hotel is situated where there is a great view of the hot air balloon and there is also a panoramic view from the roof top. It is near the shops and walking distance to restaurants. We highly recommend Khan and Göreme Palace Cave Suite on your Cappadocia tour.

We loved the staff, the location, and the design of our room. We loved that there was a terrace where we could sit and watch the sunrise and the sunset. The breakfast was fantastic. Our Maid was an absolute gem. Our hotel was very accommodating with helping us to book tours and transport to and from the airport. We really enjoyed this place and would go back.

While the mattress was OK, the bed made a lot of noise if you shifted your weight at all. My friend and I could hear every time one of us turned in our respective beds. The air conditioner probably needed some maintenance.

Khan and his family/staff run a wonderfully welcoming and chilled out hotel. It's easy to find and very close to the centre of town while being up a pleasant and quiet side street. Our cave suite room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The views from the terrace of the town and the balloons at dawn are spectacular. Melissa the dog and especially Michael the puppy gave us and our daughters hours of entertainment. Khan gave us useful information and organised pony trekking for us. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Our room was a bit musty but that goes with staying in a cave. The room was basically clean but could do with a deep clean once or twice a season to ensure the jacuzzi jets are clear and the curtains etc fabric clean.

It was a great location, walkable to everything! We didn’t need to get any transport to get to the main part of the city. Breakfast every morning a lovely, huge, spread. Had a little bit of everything. We were very thankful for the AC in the rooms. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. They always communicated (in English and via WhatsApp if necessary) and booked things for us (at a cheaper rate). Khan was super helpful in booking airport transfer, hot air balloon ride (at a cheaper rate than online) and even booked us front row seats to Turkish Nights last minute. Melissa was also the best welcoming dog!
