Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and varied a bit everyday. Very good view of the town.

The room was quiet enough, but the wooden door let in a lot of noise and there was random banging of things in the morning. The bathroom has no ventilation unless you open the window, and the shower drain smelled. The light switches were in strange locations.

We had a wonderful and amazing stay here. Thumbs up for Zaza and Maureen they have been very helpful and welcoming the moment we confirmed our booking. They were so efficient to Whats-app us on any information that we need like the activity’s details and airport shuttle arrangements. Upon arrival check in was smooth and Zaza had helped to arrange the activities we wanted during our stay. The room had floor heating. Goreme town was just a walking distance from the hotel. Even Dost (the dog) and few cats there were very welcoming =) We enjoyed our stay there and will come back to stay again! Thank you, Panoramic Cave Hotel, for making our stay a memorable ones.

Room, view, staff, spacious, has a shower caddy (such a simple thing that many hotels ignore), great Turkish breakfast. Room is well appointed. Location walking distance to central Goreme.

Bedspread and matching pillows stained and obviously dirty. One Nescafe satchel per person per day is disappointing, as is the general in-room coffee offering. For the price one would expect a better coffee (and milk) offering.

We had a beautiful room in a fairy chimney with incredible panoramic views over Goreme, perfect for viewing the balloon flights at sunrise and also excellent views of the sunset. Many terraces to sit at and an attentive bar service by the wonderful Ahmad. Delicious breakfast every morning. All staff couldn't be more helpful. Reception staff organised shuttle buses and excursions. Also easy walking access to central Goreme's restaurants and bars.

Our only comment might be that from an environmental point of view it is wasteful to provide paper cups in our room every day rather than reusable crockery.

This hotel is located within the Rock caves in the center of the town of Göreme. It is located on a hill and is an 8 minute walk downhill from the town center of Göreme. We booked the Stonehouse suite (room 400). The room is as pictured and is large and spaceous. We stayed in December and used the AC unit in the room for heating which worked well. The room was cleaned daily. The room does not have a direct view but it is connected to a large terrace from which you can see all of Göreme. There is parking available if you rent a car. The staff are phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast.

Some of the lights in our room were burnt out/not working. The door to the room is not noise proof. If you stay in summer, which I suppose is busier, this might be an issue. If you stay in winter it also let's in cold. We covered the bottom of the door with a blanket to block the cold from coming in and heat from leaving.

Perfect location, gorgeous room with plenty of space, nice big shower. Walking distance easy to local cafes, restaurants and tours. Also just a short walk or drive up the hill to the beautiful lookout for balloons over lovers hill. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we come back in the summer. We were here in December and our room was so warm and clean. I had the balcony room and it was nice to watch the balloons in the morning from the balcony and also the viewing balcony at the property

Nothing it was perfect

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Cappadocia. The host Ahmad is a lovely gentleman who helped us a lot during the stay. It was my wife's birthday and he was very happy to get us a cake so that I could surprise her. The manager was also extremely helpful, he helped us get a rental car for a really good deal. And finally the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The hotel becomes incredibly beautiful on summers. Swings, lounge chairs, everywhere!!!! And the best part, the view!!!! To put things into perspective, the highest viewpoint in Cappadocia is just around the corner, barely 5 min climb. So the hotel sits at a good elevation tht gave us the best view of the town.

The main highlight of this hotel was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. Really excellent service and lovely friendly people. We stayed in the fairy chimney suite which was a really unique room with direct access to the hotel's terrace. The terrace has fantastic views over Goreme and plenty of comfy seating areas to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. The hotel bar also had amazing views and was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and again very helpful staff. The location is also excellent.

Although the room was lovely, it lacked a little TLC. For example, the spotlights around the edges of the floor would have provided great ambient lighting, however only around half of them were working, and the shower head in the bathroom did not fit properly in the holder and kept falling on us. Both these issues would be simple fixes and there was nothing wrong with the room itself.

Everything about this stay in Goreme was absolutely perfect. The reception greeted us on arrival at around 2:30am and helped take our luggage. This isn’t something we’ve experienced anywhere else in our travels, as a small female with an extremely heavy suitcase. I really appreciated it. The room was absolutely stunning and the best was warm and comfortable. The breakfast goes for 3 hours every morning and they mix it up each day, which we really enjoyed. Lastly the views are absolutely unmatchable, you really get a panoramic view and can even watch the hot air balloons from the comfort of your room. The service is top tier, all the staff are extremely helpful assisting you with absolutely anything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough, we will remember our stay here for a lifetime.

Everything was perfect.

Rooms were nice, location was great to restaurants and sights, gorgeous views, breakfast provided many delish options and the staff were all very amazing and friendly. (Ballon pic was just outside our door!)

I normally have commonsense to think ahead but I didn’t. When you leave the room and pull the key card to shut off electricity to the lights in the room (lots of hotels now have this), note that the small refrigerator is on the same circuit and will turn off too. I discovered this after leaving the room for several hours and the dinner leftovers from the night before got warm and were smelly and bad.
