The location was amazing, we stayed in a cave room, which really gives the feeling of living in a cave, but still with good facilities. I know the staff is planning a big renovation for the rooms so looking forward to see in a few years how it will be. The garden and rooftop were beautifully amazing and you can see the balloons very clearly in the morning. Close to many restaurants and the city centre. Staff is great, Sam was a great host and gave us a lot of tips and arranged tours and taxis for us. If you in Goreme, definetly stay here...the location is top!

The owner is so accommodating and staff are friendly. It’s a nice location for me as it is not near the proper town so it is peaceful and quiet at night. It is not far from the main street, it is just a 3-5 mins walk. There are restaurants literally just outside the hotel. One of my fave about this place is the rooftop view, especially at night. Our room was big enough for both of us, i guess we had a king size bed. Bathroom was clean and with basic toiletries, they even have bedroom slippers. Unlike other hotels there, you can watch youtube as well here, it’s a plus point for me as I am a foreigner and obviously, can’t understand Turkish channels. I couldn’t complain about the breakfast as I got filled. They offer tours and hotel-airport transfer as well. Lastly, this is the most beautiful hotel I have seen in Kapadokya at night. It’s like a Greek inspired hotel. I swear.

Just suggestions, not that I don’t like. If only breakfast can be served a bit earlier as they serve breakfast from 8:30 to 10. Or maybe it’s because of the availability of staff. if only there’s also a curfew for being at the rooftop as rooms are just below it, couldn’t sleep during our last night as there were still people hanging around the rooftop laughing loudly and can hear the screeching chairs as they move it until past midnight. People want to sleep well and start the day early for the following day for day tours as well.

Really nice place, after renovation, the staff is really nice (Sam!), the room was large, stone walls, stone bed, really nice bathroom with big shower. Lost of options for breakfast. On arrival we were offered a bigger room with double bed, rather than a smaller with 3 beds, that was nice.

A few small things. The terrace was closed for the winter I guess, not as in pictures, we were suggested to go up the city viewpoint (5-7 mins walk) instead, as from the terrace you don't really see the balloons. The wooden room doors are not fitted well, there are holes left in the lower part and in winter the cold wind just flies inside.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with a variety of restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. To our delight, they upgraded us to a room with a private jacuzzi, which added a luxurious touch to our experience. The hotel’s ambiance is top-notch, combining comfort and elegance seamlessly. Whether it was relaxing on the terrace with breathtaking views or unwinding in our upgraded room, every moment was special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return next year. We had booked Kayatas cave suites via booking.com and opted for standard room . The staff were very courteous and helpful and we received timely updates from them . We were able to communicate with staff at ease via WhatsApp and they helped us book hot air balloon flights as well . We missed our flight due to a delay in connecting flight and arrived very late at the hotel just in time for the hot air balloon . I have to mention that the owner Gokhaan and staff Sam went out of their way made sure we were very comfortable and also were very kind enough to extend our stay much beyond the checkout time and upgrade our room as well .

The location was excellent - in the heart of Goreme - very easy to walk around and only 10 minutes away from a panoramic view point to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel also had a brilliant view from their terrace which you can enjoy at anytime, including at breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and had many vegetarian options. All the staff were helpful before and during the stay. They were happy to help via WhatsApp or in person. I’d recommend booking your balloon through reception rather than online to secure your booking given there can be problems with online companies and cancellations. I managed to get a very good price thanks to the team. You can easily book an airport shuttle and tours with the hotel if you’d like to and they’ll provide all the information in advance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to everyone!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I loved how welcoming the staffs were and the rooms were spectacular. They had tons of adorable cats in the area and it was fun to play with them. The breakfast is so delicious and in the morning you can also see hot air balloons pass by. The stone cave room was beautifully designed and it also had a jacuzzi which was great. The location was amazing. Everything in the centre is about 10-15minutes walking distance. The place had a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Loved the friendly faces and people were really nice.

This was a beautiful hotel. The hotel is run by a family. We were told that the hotel used to be the family home, and they converted it into what it is today. The staff were what made our stay wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. They arranged tours, transfers, gave restaurant recommendations and always asked how our day was when we returned. The breakfast is really good, one of us is vegan and had many options of things to eat. They also have a big room at the hotel with couches and bathrooms with showers where you can stay if you need to arrive early or hang around after check out time.

Our room didn’t have aircon and was a little bit hot at times, but opening the windows seemed to allow in a nice breeze so it was not a big issue for us.

Great location, near the main street of Goreme. Friendly staff, always willing to help. When I’ve got my initial room, there was a problem with the shower support handle which was broken and flooded the bathroom floor. After contacting the staff they’ve apologized and quickly arranged a new room for me. Comfy bed and spacious room, great experience sleeping at a cave. Coffee and tea amenities provided. There was a cat family around, which was a plus for a cat lover like me :) Could see the balloons from the terrace, amazing views.

Like I’ve already mentioned to the manager, Sam, it would be great to have breakfast earlier than 8:30, as my tours started at 9:00 and I had to eat in a rush. On my last day, breakfast was ready at 8:40 which the staff apologized for, but that was stressful for me as I had only a few minutes before being picked up. But that’s my personal opinion. The tv in the room didn’t have any available English channels, only Turkish and Arabic, even though I’ve tried to find some, they were locked or not working. I would love to have had a curtain in the room’s window as well, as it would get super bright from 5:30 and I couldn’t sleep after that.
