There is nothing not to like about the Antis Hotel. It was our second stay with this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived well before our check-in time, but we were offered a nice breakfast (free of charge) upon out arrival. The breakfast is way better than in any local restaurants ww had - freshly made every morning with excellent selection of cheese, eggs, pastry fruit and vegetables. The hotel is very clean, changing bed linen and towels every days. The hotel is in the heart of the Sultanahmet Square and has a fantastic view over the Bosphorus.

We could not fault anything at this hotel.

Location was great and close to everything...walking distance. Facilities were basic but clean. Roof top terrace nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful specially Gunduz

Construction work early hours noise so sleepless nights. Rooms need rennovating as stuck in past tense

Nice friendly hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful from reseption to the cleaning staff nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stop here again close to everything you need the staff should be applauded for there hard work.

The only little down side should invest in a toaster for us British loving toast lovers.

The hotel is very well located , the main sights (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Yerebatan) are very close. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I would especially like to point out the preparedness and helpfulness of the receptionists, Ayse and Fatih. They helped with everything and were very attentive. We, for example, have Fatih to thank for the fact that we did not miss our flight. We were about to leave for the wrong airport, but Fatih even made sure we checked our boarding passes. If he hadn't been so attentive, our wonderful stay in Istanbull have ended very unpleasantly. The staff at breakfast were also very polite and kind. In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The supermarket is about 2 minutes away. There is a bazaar (Arasta Bazaar) nearby where you can buy all souvenirs. The Sultanhamet tram stop is very close by foot, from where you can quickly get to the city centre. But there is also a metro station nearby, and it takes about 1-1,5 hours to get from the hotel to Istanbul Airport via this underground line. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The location was quite good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite good.

Room cleaning was quite poor. They essentially just changed the towels and organized the table. Furthermore the room cleaners were quite rude. They openly mocked visitors who did not speak the local language.

Very clean and the staff are very welcoming, breakfast is really good and lots to choose from, rooms are cleaned everyday, amazing location right in the heart of everything. Although this time of year it’s way way too busy, I prefer going in the winter when there are no queues and you don’t get so much hassle from vendors …. But the hotel and staff are great, oh and the shower!! Wow the water pressure is something else 😀

Downside of the hotel!! The walls are thin so if you have chatty neighbours who stay up late you are too!! This only happened once but did grate me a bit … there is a maronet outside the back of the hotel that calls for prayer and it’s like it’s inside your room as LOUD!! But you get used to it 😄 also a train track which is loud, like your sleeping at the station, but because the hotel is such a nice vibe you can overlook this as you really are only there too sleep!! But if you don’t like noise don’t stay in this area!!

Appreciate help and assistance of the personel: assist with transportation, help to organise excursions and gave advices in regards of restaurants. Great view from the room on sea and from terrace on Mosque. Located in 5 min walk (or should I say climb :D ) near the key area highlights - Hagia Sophia, Cistern Basilica. Many restaurants arounds as well as small shops. Good breakfast to be ready for the day full of new discovery.

We was with tram - and as location is in the middle of hill - and road is from cobblestone it was not really convinient to walk by. As it is popular location and streets are narrow - traffic might be a reason to watch out while you walk there.

Safety locker facilities available in the room 4. Restaurants and key attractions are in walkable in distance.

Staff were friendly, helpful and just all round great. they were very responsive to messages before we travelled. The location of the hotel is great, and a 6-7 minute walk from the Blue Mosque. Breakfast was as expected, simple but good. All round, value for money staying here and would happily stay again.

Well positioned, close to Ayia Sophia mosque and to tram line. Very clean, small room but comfortable enough. Especially if you don’t stay in too much. Which you shouldn’t while being in Istanbul. Fairly decent breakfast. Special mention to the staff - receptionists Mr Hüsnü and Ms Ayshe who were extremely helpful and giving good tips about moving around and sightseeings, as well as young men at the bar and dining room.
