Spacious room. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Nice city view. clean. good facilities. nice breakfast. beautiful pool at 15th floor with a view.

Depend on why u are visiting Istanbul. Location is not convenient if you intend to visit the typical tourist attractions is it is far away. Far from amenities. you can not just walk around, you will need to take a taxi for any trip. Althoght mall of Istanbul looks as if it is just across the street, You actually need a taxi to get there. the pool was a bit cold (to be fair I went there in January). it is surrounded by busy highways, so even at 30th floor u can still hear the muffled noise ( I think the windows don't have sound isolation).

I enjoy every thing in the hotel, the house keepers are very nice, changing rooms every day, the breakfast is great, they change the food every day, The best staff for us when we were there, her name is Hale, she is so good and caring, she helped us a lot if you're asking where to go as a tourist and many other questions she answered us, She also help my family of 6 to change rooms that were bad. Mrs Hale is a good staff and she knows her job very well.

The fact that some staffs are good, and one of them is extremely rude and aggressive. She hung the phone on me 3 times without listening to what I have to say, her name is Elif. Honestly outrageous and out of control of her job, she shouldn't be allowed to work here. She should learn more respect and manners due to her not even apologising after the incident.

Nice big room with bath, big bed with big TV, good mirrow in shower, Little gym but if you need bigger gym you can walk to shopping centre Fit station and have a good traning in the gym for 60 tl per day, nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. Location is good if you have a car, its free parking.

Housekeeping is so bad, in 7 days they only clean our room once... dirty windows, its really good hotel, only cleaners doing really bad job, I will give this hotel 10 out of 10 but will put 9 only becouse of housekeeping.

our stay was great everything was excellent the receptionist was helpful and easy check in, moreover I asked for room upgrade as we were celebrating special occasion and really I appreciate that they upgrade our room! the location was good as well overall it was wonderful experience.

The only thing was the cleaning staff, when we asked for room cleaning, they forgot to put towels, shampoo and toilet paper then we have to call the room service to ask for these things, that only the thing we don't like it.

I love every single thing about this hotel. I got the centro corner suite. Ohhh! It’s fabulous, high rise also, I had a good view with my jacuzzi. Heating 100%, hot water. I was allowed to snap pictures in every corner of the hotel for my contents. They even allowed me take pictures and videos in the meeting rooms😁😁 it looked like I was a business lady, lol But their kitchen food is very expensive 😒 and there are specific times you can microwave your meal. Kinda somehow, but over all 99%

On arrival,Mr. Cuneyit at the reception desk took care of me by providing me with an upgraded room since my request isn’t ready yet. The room came with spectacular views al around. I liked the restaurant on morning breakfasts, and in night’s settings as well. The staff are really friendly and interested in other cultures. This is the first time visiting Istanbul and these are the first people to encounter which encourages me to come back. I liked the swimming pool, is design and location. and the SPA service for the massage relief.

Despite the advantage of the view, the hotel location is a bit far from everything for a person like myself who loves to walk around in the area. As a smoker, I had to go down from the 24 floor to smoke a cigarette nearby the entrance. A bit of effort, yet it decreased my cigarettes intake.

After 11 no one answer the phone ! To swim you have to warry cap ...they will provide cap for money ..!!!

The very courteous and hospitable staff, particularly Mr. Muhammet MISIRLI, who was always very receptive and willing to be of help.

The fact that WiFi at the property went off for over 2 hours on a certain day within my stay. I was told that it was as a result of an upgrade maintenance. I suggest that such technical maintenance be done late at night time when probably only a few guests may still be awake.

Great place. Spacious, clean, luxories feel. Has a decent pool,.jakuzi and a gym, all with great sky view.of instanbul mall.

The only downside of the place is the connectivity to the city transport. There is no easy way to reach the metro on foot, and you have to use a.car or taxi to reach the nearest bus/metro station or just move around. The best way for us was to use a car, and park at Forum Instanbul, 212 outlet or a P+R parking and hop on the subway from there to downtown.

The place of the hotel is close from everywhere and the room was so good. The reception stuff was so cool and cooperate. They are helping me for everything. They are fast. If I make order they bring it fast.

The housekeeper are not cleaning the room good I turn on the distrub room but unfortunately they open the door to clean the room. They use smell bad towel of cleaning room. They bring a dirty towels.
