Hotel called taxi for us to Istanbul airport, when we sat in taxi, the meter was already >200 TL and taxi asked 120 for toll, total almost 1,000. I did some research Bitaksi shown only 6 to 800 incl. Toll 65. Feel bad but can understand of how they have to survive but won't let Hotel call taxi for us again.

They charged my credit card prior to my arrival despite the clear payment method stating that I will pay at the property and the CC was just to confirm the booking. This

The staff in this hotel are fabulous! Irem and Enis on reception are so welcoming and helpful they treat all the guests like family, and nothing is too much trouble. All the waiters and staff go out of their way too! We've stayed here four or five times now and always have the best time. Excellent food and menu choices room service or restaurant always delicious and the rooms are large and spacious so comfortable. We will be back thank you Ramada Encore Istanbul Basin highly recommend you stay here. Istanbul Mall for shopping on the doorstep too what's not to like! ♡

It’s more of a business hotel but it’s ideally located within 5 minutes walk from Mall of Istanbul. It’s also very close to the airport within 35 minutes by car. It’s well maintained and up to the standards of Ramada. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of continental and Turkish. Staff were courteous and helpful. Presidential Suite was great and even had a jacuzzi.

It can get a little noisy in the mornings if you want to sleep late. Luckily we were on the sixth floor which was away from the busy morning guest traffic.

Nice hotel in opposite Mall of Istanbul. it takes 600 meters to get there (to cross the road). The hotel lis clean, the room is average middle size with fully operational AC for cooling and heating. The breakfast was included to the room rate and it was good enough.

The coffee at the breakfast could be better, also the orange juice shall be replaced with another one. I had the case at the checkout time there was no water in the shower. But the problem solved in 20 minutes and I got late checkout time 4pm which was very helpful.

The place is nice and quiet in the lobby. The staff are helpful and kind and you can ask for help from them. The hotel is directly facing the Mall of Istanbul and you can walk within 10 minutes. For those interested in Turkish furniture, next to the mall, there is a huge gathering center for the owners of Turkish factories and lighting, so stay in this hotel to be close to the place.

I did not like the degree of sound insulation of the rooms...you can hear your neighbor's phone in the next room...Basin Express Street is next to you and it is a crowded street 24/7...the offer did not include breakfast...I paid for breakfast for one day to compare it with other hotels that I stayed..it was acceptable but very simple: 3 types of bread, two types of fruits, two types of juice, and some appetizers... If you are going for tourism purposes only, the hotel will be far away and transportation is difficult by bus (to the city center the trip is about an hour and a half). ...But if you are traveling to shop from the mall and trade, it is a suitable place

I arrived late to the hotel after getting off a delayed flight from UK. As an ex-hotelier, meeting the Night Auditor on the reception desk is always a good sign of a well run hotel. Volkan was friendly and welcoming, very efficient and smartly dressed. He dealt with my enquiries with a positive attitude and communicated excellently in English. I checked out early before breakfast and he offered me food from the cafe display. I asked for a taxi that arrived in less than a minute. Overall a very pleasant stay, Volkan Ozgor was a credit to the Ramada brand.

It was the first time for me to stay in the area, but the receptionist was very informative and helpful when I asked for directions. Room was very comfortable, and the quality of food was also very good. I forgot my favourite sneakers in my room when I checked out, but the staff did everything to help me to recover the shoes, and kindly sent them to another location in Istanbul by Uber!! I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism!

Everything was fine! Cleaning service works like invisible mans. Breakfasts and menu dishes maybe not various bit tasty and delicious. At 23:00 restaurant is close and you will need to find a place to eat if you are hungry. Yes, not all personal is speacking english. Yes, it was a bit easier to speack with hostes, who was here during check-in. Yes, it's not fare from airport and close to Mall of Istanbul, but much more far to the city center and main sightseeings. It's a very good lace to stay if you have an intetests in this part of the city!

Nothing.I choose the hotel right for my needs. SPA salon was clean, but there was no music during seans. It was not relaxing at all even I asked medical massage.
