Beautiful sky viewing over the city Istanbul, its sound proof room, swimming pool and fitness, many elevators, parking place.

The only biggest problem I saw in reviews is the cleanliness of the hotel. Yes it’s dirty. The airconditioning in the room need cleaning, the kitchen in the room really need cleaning everywhere there is dust. Even in the breakfast area level floor 4, the dust on the lamps hanging above buffet. Many lights like mirror bathroom don’t work, even some buttons switch don’t work, 230v sockets not fixed in wall. If this property fix all those things… it’s a GREAT hotel / residence apartments! Stuff in breakfast floor working slow, don’t clean well, but yesterday 2th January many managers there and everyone runs and cleans even the 3 managers there where walking around are not dirty for helping and cleaning tables and helping clients, very nice to see.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that gave us the perfect start to each day. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. Its location was also excellent, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation!

no proper supervision on cleaning staff

Staff upgraded my room to a bigger one, and it was really spacious, kids were playing hide and seek in the apartment, with 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The double bed was small but very comfortable. The view was amazing from the 27th floor, and the breakfast was very good. The Gym and the pool are really amazing at the 15th floor, with a panoramic view on the mall of Istanbul and one of the most crowded roads junction in the world I guess.

Their were no facilities for kids, even the swimming pool was denied for kids under 16, and you need a swimming cap to use the pool ('-_- ). Nothing to do around the place by foot, you need a car/taxi to do any move.

We booked 2 bed room suite for 7 days and it was great experience. Staff are very polite. Breakfast is good but it was the same options everyday. But in general it was worth it for the value.

Location is good for near by malls but for Taksim or sultan ahmed area it takes around 50 minutes by car, you will always stuck in traffic

The rooms were so unkempt and the toilets were so dirty. The cleaners don't clean the rooms and bathrooms. Found used cotton buds under the beds when I entered the room.

It was an excellent apartment, clean, tidy , equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Oven, stud, dish washer, clothes washing machine,Iron and Ironing board. The staff were very cooperative and helpful especially Bell team " Mr.Can" he is very active and he will try his best to help you in your stay " He also can speak English language" Amazing view, and very suitable for family's. You will feel that you are at home.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, They changed my room because I had a small complain about unpleasant smell in the first room The staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the internet connection was excellent—fast and reliable, perfect for work or streaming.

We definetly recommend this hotel.quiet and clean hotel. Our room lock was not working properly but they were very quick to repair it withing minutes. They have onsite staff for every problem.. very happy with the service.. also very nice and relaxing city view from the windows.
