Everything was great, starting from the check in, helpful staff, great food, amazing view and to the helpful porters. Hilton is all about making you feel welcome. Our room was great and the Bosporus view is for a million. We had an executive room with a lounge access, I tell you it’s worth every dollar! The pool was not yet functioning since it was not the season yet, and I can only imagine how it adds on to the overall impression. The hotel is going through renovation to meet it’s 70th anniversary but the renovation is not disturbing at all. I would love to come again in 2025 to see how it turned out. Special thanks from my family to the reception manager Meslina for being a very attentive and helpful host. I definitely recommend Hilton Bosporus if you want to make your Istanbul visit a memorable one.

We like this hotel and we are returning guests here. We miss that classical style room we used to be in. This room was brand new after renovation and fresh and nice but we prefer that old style. This room feels smaller, furnitures are designed but not practical and some of things missing. Breakfast is good as always before.

The shower gel smells like chinch bug excrement. Please change it. The shower gel is in Crabtree and Evelyn box but knowing very well their products I am sure this is not from them and if it is then it's a shame on them. Minibar was difficult to open, buttons of wardrobe is dangerous for children (even we hit our leg into it), and somehow too much tables but unusable. Before there was a very nice big table where we can sit with laptop to work there, with these new tables it was impossible.

The property is the right choice for those wanted to chill and enjoy garden walk, swimming pool, tennis field , gym and spa. This is plus having a relaxed lobby serviced by gorgeous restaurant and bar. The downside honestly some of the attitude of employee working in this restaurant, some of them seem unwelcoming.

The variation among employees in terms of proficiency. Some employees are well trained and exceed expectations in terms of hospitality and i can name some of them as follows: Gunnes, Farahat , cum, muhammet, Eren Can, and those who are working at the main gate.

I've previously stayed at the Hilton Bosphorous for a work trip and was keen to go back. I love the slightly 1950s/60s design of the hotel and the way its been preserved. It really works well. The pool is a real highlight too and this was one of the main reasons for booking - having access to a pool of this size in the centre of Istanbul is definitely a plus. Staff were uniformly professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, we could not fault them or the service that they provided

Rooms are beginning to look a little tired and could do with some tlc, perhaps bringing them back into line with the 50s/60s aesthetic of the hotel. But this is nit-picking and there was really very little about the Hilton Bosphorous that we didn't like.

i really like the new showers. the beds have always been very comfortable. i wake up feeling really relaxed and ready for the busy day. i must also say that i prefer hiltons because it has balconies. open and fresh air is a great luxury in city hotels nowadays. the reception staff Adem Bey tried to give me a seaview but i did not insist as the room was not ready and i did not mind the view because i am always too busy to notice it. the hotel is undergoing major refurbishments and the staff are extremely polite to go out of their way to please the guests who may not like the alternative arrangements. to be honest, i always feel humbled, even if there is something to complain about, you just wouldnt because they are so professional and sincerely nice to you. not because they were trained to treat you that way, but they are naturally that way.

i checked into a room with a city view which i do not mind. but the AC was not working. when i informed the staff, they quickly attended the problem, and changed my room to a room with a bosphorus view. they also brought me some very nice treats.

The personnel was super welcoming and very service minded, my room wasn’t ready on my arrival, but the staff was so delightful and asked me to wait at the comfortable terrace with a complimentary coffee. There was a problem with the room and I was to no extra cost upgraded to another room, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The room was super clean and the cleaning staff was just as friendly as the front desk staff. The breakfast was great with a very varied selection, with lots of local dishes. The gym was air conditioned and quite well maintained and equipped, and also here the staff was very nice and very helpful. I ordered a classic massage with Alice, and she was absolutely magical super sweet and super professional! All in all I will definitely come back to this hotel every time I’ll be in Istanbul!

The hotel was a little bit dated, but being maintained during my stay, but nothing I noticed during my visit.

The location and the staff were amazing. The people were amazing and supportive. Food is great, people are accommodating and nice. We had a wonderful stay. We had fun sitting on the terrace cafe/bar late in the night. The breakfast was great too and specially enjoyed the coffee. Mr.Halit, Mr.Mudjat and Mr.Zeynep were specially very helpful. There was a kind lady as well but unfortunately do not know her name.

The shower feels old, it is clean but doesn't fit the aesthetics for the hotel. Specially since it is nice overall.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no repair and renovation for a very, very long time. The indoor pool is very old. Feeling like I was in the last century, in the 80-90s. Therefore, the price does not match the quality at all.

Amazing service All the staff are welcoming and smiling. The hotel surprises us daily with complementary stuff (DAY 1: sweet and dried fruit and nuts - Day 2: pillow mist spray - Day 3: another plate of sweet). The room Size is bigger than all the competition.

If there is a wedding (usually on Saturday) the music in the garden is so loud between 6 to 12pm. No single human can nap or sleep from the sound. The management should react to this and the least decrease the volume. I hope the management can read my review and reply to this concern. Old bathroom Thin wall
