The location was great. It's close to sultanahmet square. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The staffs were kind and helpful. The room was clean and big enough. The furniture looked new. There was a small elevator. The price was good enough for a hotel It was great to stay here

The cleaning ladies changed the towels and cleaned the room once in 2 days. It was ok because I stayed alone The toilet and bathroom needed to get cleaned more. The shower was little bit broken but still could be used. There was hair dryer but I couldn't use it because the cable little bit broken. The blanket was thin. Maybe it's common there, but I prefer thick blanket. There was a hole on the blanket. My room was near the stairs and elevator, I could hear the sound from outside but it was ok for me

The Location: First of all, before we arrive we read so much about how the location of this hotel is exceptional as it is only a 10-minute walk from Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet. It is also 15 minutes walk from the Tramvay station "Sultan Ahmet" and " Gulhane". You can also walk in the other direction, you can also reach Eminunu & Mahmoud pasa street in 15 minutes walk. The staff: They are very kind, Mr. Fuat and Mr. Mhmt were always smiling and trying to help when we need something. Mr. Fuat has given us a complimentary breakfast as we did not reserve a bed & breakfast here on booking. They are helpful when we arrived the fridge was not working, and they changed it with another one, the girl in the kitchen also is so helpful, she can make omelets if you asked. The breakfast: It has satisfied us, it really has everything you need: Sausages, eggs, milk, tea, cornflakes, salads ( tomato, cucumber, mixed salads), honey, olives, butter, white and yellow cheese. Bread, water, and Milk. The room: It is quiet, you can sleep well with no noise from outside or from the beside rooms. It has a heater and A/C, a fridge, and a kettle and they can supply you with tea. Wifi was working in the first 3 days , but after that it was very weak. The hotel: It is so sweet, it has around 15 rooms, so you can enjoy a good breakfast in the morning with no crowds. It has an elevator. We can clearly rate this hotel as we have spent a whole week there, it is an exceptional hotel for families & solo travelers who are looking to do activities in Istanbul. The room is very small, it will not be good at all for those who want to sit inside all day. It is very good for those who are active and do activities around Istanbul.

I lovwd the staff' s attitude.Rellay kind,helpfull,providing nice information,sharing nice conversations . I have to mention jn padticular the receptionists Osman: always a smile on his face ,a kind word peacefull and.definitly very professional i his approach. Yaman welcomed me be nicely,big smile,speak an excellent english,offer me coffee and also food.Wonderful.attitude. The night recsptjonist also very nice even though i didn not deal.much with him.But a man who take care so much of the cats around can only be a good man😁 And finally the cleaning staff: very professional,sweet and available when needed. The location of the hotel is perfect,quiet and the room was.lovely.

Everything was great! We had a room on the 5th floor, it was clean and cozy, with a great view from the windows. Had a tea pot and a hair dryer. The hotel is located at the very heart of Sultanahmet, very close to all the main attractions, with Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı and others within walking distance. If you want to use the public transport, there is a tram stop nearby. And a small supermarket across the street (Greens). Also the hotel has a terrace on the roof overlooking the Bosphorus - the view from there is amazing. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. We really enjoyed chatting with Halil who gave us lots of tips and told us about the city and Turkey in general (thank you for the apple tea and fun chats!) The housekeeping/breakfast lady was also very sweet and warm. Would definitely recommend staying here, great quality/price ratio.

The hotel has a great location. 24hs reception. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but good.

I had to ask to have my room cleaned and not just get clean towels or the bed made. There were some details in the room that could be improved: no bin, no chair, broken wire in the hairdryer... Common areas need more cleaning as well. But, All in all it was a very good stay!

It is super central location- 5 minutes walking to the mosques, cozy room and quiet at night, the room had a view on Galata tower and oversaw the hamam. They even had a little roof terrace with similar view. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for him and he accommodated all our needs and requests. The wifi was working great too.

The cleaning service could be slightly better, they did not show up every day and we lacked the toilet paper. The fan in the bathroom was kind of dodgy. They have quite strange locking of the room, but after the explanation, it was okay. The room needs little bit of painting but nothing which would disrupt our stay.

I knowingly paid at a rate increased due to it being Champions League Final weekend ... the purpose of my stay. I look forward to revisiting maybe for up to 6 nights to enjoy the sights and tourist spots, but I may have to consider staying at a Hostel (my usual type of accommodation) for economical reasons.

The location is excellent. Walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Cistern Basilica. Quiet area. Good breakfast. The staff was always amazing. The owner(I believe) its a nice guy, super welcoming and easy going.

No bin in the room and my TV and mini fridge wasn't working. I didn't ask to be fixed because it was a short stay but they're so nice that I'm sure they would fix that.

Location near lots of attractions, restaurants, cafes and small shops. Within walking distance to Sultanahmad, Hagisofia and Basselica . Quiet room. Good isolated window. Helpful and polite staff.

Very small room. Extremely small old facilities bathroom (Size 120x80cm) with tiny shower compartment. Very poor amenities and some are not provided. Inadequate room cleaning and changing the bed blanket as well as the bath cleaning poorly done! Room walls & ceiling need urgent paints! Very small fridge working only if the keycard is inserted to power on the room. Very poor breakfast served underground and some vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes looks unfresh!
