The Sultanahmet Inn is very well located, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. We have paid a little more to have a room at an upper floor, which was very nice and clean. Compared to the hotels in the same area with prices under 45 euro, the room was big enough. The bathroom was clean and modern. Very good Wifi. The breakfast included is not spectacular but good to start the morning and the view from the small garden of the restaurant was amazing. Also, on the top of the hotel there was a terrace from where you can see the Marmara sea and a part of Istanbul. Another good thing was that they have provided parking in the street (as the street is a dead end). Of course there are a lot of cars there and they move them around depending on the clients, but it was ok.

There is one aspect I didn't like. The hotel is very close to the train tracks, so you can hear the trains very well, sometimes very loud. Fortunately the trains don't pass during the night. The problem was also given from the fact that the window was not closing very well, having some gaps. I think if they fix the window to close tight, the noise will be much more reduced.

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic! The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh linens changed daily, which we truly appreciated. From our room, we could enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrise, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning sunsets – a perfect way to end the day. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is in a peaceful area, yet just a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and public transportation. The added bonus of convenient parking made everything even better. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. I’m certain I’ll return here for my next trip – it’s simply perfect!

I love the property as everything is on point from location to comfort,cleanliness I am very satisfied with my booking the owner was also helpful , polite and professional.He personally look after everything that's shows that amazing customer service is important for them. We will be coming back again and refer this Amazing property to our friends and family, due to flight messed up we came early from the check in time, there was no room available for early check in but he helped us to get early check in and make one of the room ready for us. The location was amazing, walking distance to all main attractions and plenty of food and supermarkets around. The staff were friendly and good breakfast. Room was a decent size for our family of 3. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful when we needed advice or help when needing to get to the airport or places. Bed was also very comfortable and block out blinds worked a treat.

Not much, only thing was the bathroom had a lot of mould which had a slight smell however the owner stated they’re doing renovations in the winter which will improve the entire hotel.

The hotel is pleasant overall. The only disadvantage is that there’s no lift. However, the staff is very helpful and will take your luggage up if you’re on the upper floors, so there’s no need to worry. All the receptionists were awesome and they understand English, which makes communication easy. The hotel offers the best value for money. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, and from there, you can easily use public transport. On the first day, we were given a room on the upper floor with a sea view as a complimentary upgrade, which was a delightful surprise.

The location is perfect for tourists, is closed to the important places, good restaurants and shopping. The room is perfect for rest, the beds are comfortable and they are very clean. The staff is very friendly and always available to help you with whatever you need. They speak ingles, so the communication is easy. The breakfast menú is varied and includes typical Turkish dishes. The woman in charge of breakfast is very friendly, she is always there to see if you need anything and offers you Turkish coffee (it has an extra cost).

The location is clean there are several restaurants near the hotel where you can have nice meals . the staff is very friendly and the beds are very comfy. the location it 10 minutes away walking from sultanahmed tram station

The parking is on the street that closes and you have to leave the car key at the reception in order for them to move the the cars. if you want to take your car out on a drive you need to take out other cars first.

We spent 6 days here, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the lady in the kitchen was very cute. They were always very kind and helpful at the reception. There was always a good atmosphere. They always had a few kind words for everyone. I would love to come back next time. The neighborhood is great, many attractions are within walking distance. I had the best birthday in Istanbul☺️🙏🏻

What can be improved: -shower gel & liquid hand soap dispenser can be added -light in the room at night was really fade, can use better lightning Cons - can't be improved as it is not depending on them: -small room -walls are too thin you can hear everything -it is near a train so you can hear/feel it -really close to a mosque so at 5am you are awaken by the prayers
