Second stay here, still feels like home, nice team, amazing view from the terrace on the bosphorus, that you can enjoy for your breakfast even during winter.

The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I have mobility issues but there was always somebody available to assist me up the stairs and out of the building.

Not a dislike, an observation. The hotel was technically closed for a full refurbishment. We were the only guests in the hotel. I am wondering why our booking was accepted, as having one room of guests must have been highly inconvenient? Keeping all guest services open n staffed for just three guests. We are very please that they did. Just do not understand why? Dislike. Despite staff and builders being in the building daily, and we reporting it to Reception daily, we still could not find anybody to fix an annoying leak under our bathroom sink which left the floor tiles permanently wet & slippery, and quite dangerous for myself on crutches.

Room size

Very good location, 5 minutes walk from Sultanhamet Square. Without a doubt, this is a beautiful hotel with a pleasant staff, really informed, friendly, helpful and very polite and respectful, whenever we needed something they were there, both the owner and the boys and two girls who work there. Daily they entered the room to clean everything. Breakfast with plenty of variety and very good. The rooms are excellent, they are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and we had a room with views of the sea and the main street. We would return a thousand times, I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy your stay in Istanbul!

Hotel staff are very friendly and I left my gold , mobile.. every day they come for cleaning and we was outside..everything was saved in room..I like it.we are satisfied.

I love that comfort from my room,not feeling at all the noise from tge street, cosy bed,lovely temperature, the staff doing cleaning every day changing towels and beds,cleaning bathroom..Everyone was very friendly making very pleasant atmosphere, feeling like home.I love it everything even the lovely kittens that they had around all day on the terase..

Location is perfect, very close to the center and main tourist and historical attractions. Parking is provided. Hotel is a very good value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel building is not very spacious, but this is a characteristic of most of the hotels in center of Istanbul

3-5 minutes away from Hagia Sophia. The bus and tram stations are really close too. Everything was more than okay for the price. We would come back if we visit Istanbul again.

We didnt like the breakfast as much as we hoped.
