Perfect location. Easily found from motorway. Plenty of parking space. Clean, modern hotel. Disability access room was a good size and the bathroom excellent. Lift to all floors. Simple heating / cooling system in the room. Comfortable beds. Wi-fi signal good and consistent. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Shopping centre directly over the road with options for food and drinks. Bus stops within 50 metres of the hotel - easy access into Bologna city centre (only 2 euros!). Staff helpful. Honestly, we couldn’t fault it and will stay again.

Personal preference - the reception areas and restaurant were overly warm for us but then we are from the north of England!

The very polite staff, including Martina and Sofia and the gentleman with the black beard who gave us very detailed instructions and advice on how to get to Bologna by public transport and where to find secure parking downtown; the excellent breakfast.

Not much. If we were pressed wed say that the rooms could have been a little more spacious. Also, we are a family of four, so having to book two twin rooms because there aren't enough family rooms drives up our budget somewhat unnecessarily...

We arrived so late and we were tired, but Max (Massimo) if I remember the name correctly, was absolutely fantastic. All that we needed in that moment: professionalism, jokes, and he could offer any information that we asked for and even more! The perfect welcoming! Also the receptionists in the morning, the housekeeper and the morning buffet attendants were very warm and helpful! As for the room, more cleaner than most of hotels I’ve been into, everything functioning and you didn’t need anything else besides what exists already! Thank you for all of that! Definitely returning and recommending!

The room was very comfy and clean with a lot of sunshine coming in through the windows. There was Dove body wash in the bathroom which was a big plus. The high water pressure in the shower made bathing an ultimate delight during my stay. There is an ice machine conveniently right outside our room door on the ground floor. The breakfast had a wide selection of italian delicacies and most of the staff spoke some degree of english so they could assist. The easiest way to get there is to call for a taxi or have someone call for a taxi for you. The hotel provided free shuttles for all guests attending the Cosmoprof exhibition for both pick up and drop off.

Not much vegetables in the breakfast buffet. the restaurant meal portions were quite small. there was an amazing shushi restaurant nearby that had an eat-all-you-can-eat buffet at a fixed price available for lunch/dinner. The hotel room rate shoots up in February/March because of Cosmoprof Exhibition so your best chance of getting a room for the exhibition is to book latest by November/ December if you are attending the exhibition.

The room was clean and spacious for a couple. Staff were friendly and helpful specially Max helped us a lot. The location is good for those who don't like center crowd and also who wants to attend to the concerts and parties take place in Link bologna. There is a huge shopping center in front of hotel that you can find everything you need.

The bus connection to the center was a bit far and the ventilation of the room was a bit loud.

Great position if you are leaving early from, or arriving late to Orly airport... a few minutes walking you can reach all terminals, especially if you only have a carry-on and do not have small kids. Rooms are very beautiful and the restaurant is cozy ans serving good food.

Check in time was too long even if there was not much rush and ended up getting a wrong (already busy) room so I had to repeat the procedure (and if you already have a few hours of previous traveling is not pleasant). Although there should be a shuttle service to terminals (especially for T1 and T2 which, if you have luggages, are not behind the corner) it was not available for me as my flight was too early.

The room is big enough for a business trip The bathrom is clean and the round shape shower is good enough for big shape people. The minibar is supplied with essential beverages: beer, still water, sparkling water, juice and soda Essential breakfast for any kind of taste. Free open parking space all around the hotel. 13 minutes by taxi from city center (better to get a taxi then driving there, and finding a paid parking spot)

The king size bed is composed of two single mattresses. Can't sleep in the middle of the bed because the mattresses will separate and there is a risk to fall in the middle.

Breakfast was really good, lot's of variety. Their custard floured croissants were the best! the bed was soo comfortable, I also liked the wood finish on the floor. I was so happy that I did not find a rug like in many other hotels. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception were so nice and helpful. The gym bike for cycling was a cherry on top.

I cannot fault it in any way

As you enter the hotel the reception is modern, staff were super nice and helpful, once we got to our room the ac wasn't working however we called staff and they immediately solved the problem and changed our room. The room is neat and the view is nice. Clean bathroom stocked with soap and shampoo. The beds are comfortable and lots of choices for breakfast. Overall, Would definitely recommend.

The location was a bit far from the center of bologna however there are bus stops nearby. Also wished the TV had channels in other languages for example English.

Great location to visit Bologna by bus and nearby cities by car. Free car parking space. Just opposite of the hotel are a lot of shops and restaurants. Pleasant and helpful staff and nice restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel doesn't have a water machine to fill our bottles like other eco friendly hotels and they didn't let us use the one that was in the breakfast area :(
