- clean rooms with nice sea view - location close (2-3 min walking) to Nissi beach. Bus stop and shops are also available at the main road - amazing food (both breakfast and dinner were perfect) - cleaning every day and friendly personal at reception (thanks to Ukrainian speaking staff) - nice SPA area and pools

- no own beach and you need to reserve sunbeds early in the morning at Nissi beach (which is always overcrowded) - partially unfriendly waiters at main restaurant. For example, nobody offered drinks at breakfast - low quality oil to be used for cooking - drinks are overpriced - a bit poor entertainment in the evenings

The property is definitely 5 stars hotel. I like everything there. The staff was very kind especially receptionist Tatiana who helped us from the start to the end in any case that we need during our vacation, and Ivo who helped us with luggages and welcomed us with champagne and lemonade. We took only breakfast and it was very tasty with different varieties of food so you can find anything that you prefer to eat. The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned every day. The seaside view was perfect and very calm. 2 minutes walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross the road there is a walking path to nissi beach. The beach is also very clean but in case you don’t like the sea you can have your rest near the pool of the hotel which is also very clean. Near the pool there is a bar 1 cafe and 1 bistro. 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

My stay at this hotel was undeniably exceptional, earning top-notch ratings in every category, including the room, location, staff, services, breakfast, and restaurants. The breathtaking views of the sea and proximity to Nissi Beach only enhanced its charm. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Christophoros, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ms. Elena at the reception for her welcoming smile and excellent assistance. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

1. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more lush greenery and trees around the swimming pool area to create a more inviting atmosphere. 2. There's room for improvement with some of the waitstaff (waiters) at the breakfast restaurant. They might benefit from additional training and increased awareness to provide a more seamless dining experience for the customers.

Beautiful hotel, nice pool and food options, good location, best in Ayia Napa, we had a pleasant stay. Their breakfast was better last year but we enjoyed it, no problem it is not a big deal.

Loud house keeping service, they knocked our door on Sunday morning 8 am! OMG WHY? and they were very loud in the corridors shouting and chatting…

We have been to 65 countries, and I dare say I have a basis for comparison when I claim that this hotel is one of the best we have been to. Sophisticated, extremely clean, stylish with great food. I personally liked the fact that there is a Cigar lounge, although you can smoke anywhere in the outdoor areas, including the sunbeds. I also liked the fitness center, well equipped, but I missed a bench and more free weights. Proximity to the beach is great, as well as being close to lots of nice eateries. The center of Ayia Napa is 30 minutes on foot or 10 by taxi, where there is an amazing choice of activities, restaurants, and bars. I want to express our thanks to Ivo from the reception desk. The most helpful and sunny person who welcomes guests. Always available and always with a smile on his face. Any hotel would be happy to have him as an employee.

Overall it was a very good experience with particular remark for the nice and friendly attitude of all the staff from the reception desk to the cleaning, pool, etc, etc...

As a suggestion to improve the overall experience to an outstanding one, you should necessarily improve the quality of the breakfast and generally of the food on the hotel restaurants, also you should consider to provide more information to the guests upon the arrival with respect to the hotel facilities, tours, locals of interest, etc.......

Beautiful new hotel with good design and location. Very pleasant and friendly staff, amazing view, comfortable room. For sure we will come back to this hotel.

Our room had absolutely gorgeous views! The hotel was spotless, the cleaning team was incredibly efficient. The food was mostly good, the breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and the staff was super attentive without being intrusive. The pizzas and Asian food were not my favourite but hey, you can’t have it all. Particularly impressed with Milena and her team at the pool bar! The beach was just a short walk away, with the sea at its best in the mornings. The spa looked great although we didn’t use it. The gym was okay. The habanos bar served an amazing selection of drinks and the cocktails were delicious. All in all, this is a great hotel and we highly recommend it. We chose an all inclusive and it was definitely great value for money! This was our third time in Cyprus and NissiBlu was the best hotel we stayed on the island, no doubt we will choose it again when in Cyprus.

Swimming pool was lovely temperature, very warm we really enjoyed it. Kiddies pool is nicely shaded most of the day. Kids Club was a life saviour on those very hot hours. It was never crazy busy, and there were plenty of toys to keep little ones busy. Bistro restaurant by the pool had most of the dishes very tasty. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including vegetarian dishes. Will definitely come back, amazing family hotel.

Bistro by the pool had a failure dish salmon tartar was prepared from frozen defrosted salmon and tasted nasty, not edible. Should be removed from the menu.

The view was stunning. You can watch the sun set from the balcony. Don't think there's a better view point that over looks the pool, nissi beach and the sea.

A cat followed me from the road to the hotel. Some cat food for the guests would be great. If you're reading this please bring some cat food and feed my furry friend at the car park entrance. He is browny/black and skinny. Also I saw another cat with an eye problem he could only open 1 eye. If you come out the pool area and turn left you will find him on the foot path in around 5 minutes. Please feed him too.
