The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE's crown - Raffles The Palm Dubai - truly a golden moment to see my dream coming true where I stayed during my solo vacation in Dubai😃. Unparalleled opulence, unforgettable moments that I spent by indulging onto the sunset and moments of peace from my Premier Ocean View room. Ocean breeze, salty hair and a view to die for...it's like waking up in paradise. Breakfast is like royalty at the Le Jardin Restaurant. Elevated my morning with a touch of luxury and a full plate of some authentic Emarati and Arabic with a base of beans, chickpeas, shakshuka, cheese salads and many more protein packed dishes graced the spread. Savoured the finest Eggs Benedict studded with half done eggs, Salmon, spinach and hollandaise sauce. The bakery spread is a grand affair laced with sheer delights like the finest garlic croissant, gooey choco chip muffins. After breakfast, I enjoyed the sun-kissed serenity that awaits at the poolside oasis where palm trees sway, the turquoise waters sparkle and every poolside moment is a masterpiece of tranquility. Truly a tropical heaven in the heart of Dubai.

This is not a hotel...it is a palace, one of the best places I have stayed. The whole property is exceptional, the attention to every detail throughout this property from the buildings to the gardens is just phenomenal and transport you back to a time of grandeur and sophistication. The staff are truly a huge asset to this place, every staff member I came across or who served me always had a smile and a hello/good morning/good evening. just amazing staff/people, so friendly, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The buffet breakfast exceptional (anything you could want, and the chefs are so accommodating to all special dietary requirements). The restaurants on site are also wonderful, with a great selection of cuisines (Italian, Asian and buffet all available on site). Live pianist in the foyer and lounge was always nice to listen to as you move throughout the hotel. The poolside facilities and service were impeccable, the perfect way to relax. Lifeguards on duty at all times, paying particular attention to the safety of children in and out of the water. The pool itself is just spectacular with the city skyline and beach in view on one side and the majestic Raffles Palace and gardens on the other, just perfect to sit/relax and cool down. The poolside service, food and drinks menu have all you could want too, and all served in the perfect covered baskets. Ice buckets with water provided and topped up throughout the day. A nice touch was the cold face towels provided by the staff at various times throughout the day.

Perfect no need to go out ! Many restaurants inside ! The beach clean and many sun-bed The beach restaurant yummy Many activities to do ! Perfect for kids Also the indoor swimming pool is perfect and has a sauna ! You must try the spa center ! But come before 15 minutes to enjoy the sauna hammam and after the massage relax on relaxation area !

The bathrobes at the room can be the same as in the spa. Before the complimentary cosmetics in the room was Bulgary, was more luxury I think. Next new Year to change the Christmas 🎄 tree design pls

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very large and exquisitely decorated. Bed is very comfortable and the club lounge is very useful and welcoming.

This is not a criticism but is full of children everywhere, including cocktail hours at the lounge. If you plan to relax by the pool or read a book just forget about it. Is great that families are so welcome here, is just not for me.

Amazing resort and staff, it's the best resport we have stayed in the Palm. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views; the F&B outlets were superb. And the staff is what made our stay remarkable. Naming Karina from the reservation team, who accommodated all the requests in advance; Atif from the front desk for making our check-in process as smooth as possible despite the load of checking-in huests; and Asma from guest relations, who ensured we had the best stay.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Luxury design and ambiance, relaxing elegant music and smell the minute you enter the lobby. staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. beach was clean with nice views. the food was exceptional the Italian restaurant Piatti was wonderful, not to forget the best sushi we ever had in the Japanese restaurant. it was a beautiful experience to be honest.

the only down side is and no adults only pool. and when you are relaxing on the beach and you have a lot of families with kids and babies crying and playing loudly, and I suggested to the hotel that they should have some sort of separation when they seat the guests. the beach is long and you can easily give one side to families and the other side to couples who are here to relax and enjoy their time without babies and kids. i don’t have kids and I want to enjoy my time! of course and families with kids wants to enjoy their time as well, but not on my expense right!

The rooms were very spacious and grand . The staff were very helpful , welcoming and made you feel special . We were happy with the unlimited cold water in our room and pool , as well as a fruit bowl each day

Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive . So not worth it!!!!

Really as close to perfect as it gets - one of the best hotel experiences in my life. Location is excellent as far as the Palm is concerned. The facilities are maintained to an amazing standard and you can really see any small deficiencies being fixed live on an ongoing basis. The rooms are generous, thought through - cleaned instantly on request and otherwise twice a day. Food at the main restaurant has been high quality, real restaurant experience unlike frequently seen in buffet set-ups (alternative on-site restaurants are ok but incredibly expensive). Staff and personnel have been truly amazing - thoughtful, friendly, forthcoming, always willing to help and very patient with our baby. Everything about the beach and pool experience has been great - easy/flexible set-up with sun beds, towels, everything is really centered around guests’ comfort. The ambience is rich and as per description - not a huge fan of gold entourage but it is what is. Prices are high of course but reasonable for what you get - plus with an offer it was really amazing value for ~$500/night incl half board. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation with a baby

Spa has been very pricey (uniquely so really) - haven’t used it but my wife wasn’t impressed (for the price in particular)

Funny payments set up. Free cancellation pay a few days before booking but they haunted for payment. Once here they don’t take a card copy, they ask you to deposit money? If you don’t, which we didn’t, you get haunted for payments that should go against your room and do anywhere else. Made some things a little uncomfortable, like they think you won’t pay.
