The hotel has a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant had very nice food.

The first night the room next to us had a party and was extremely loud. We couldn't sleep that first night. Fortunately, they changed our room the next day and we were able to rest.

The newly renovated rooms have a bit more space than the old ones! Also the sit-to-stand table was a nice addition. The fridge really helped with keeping food for inexpensive meals and the hotel restaurant and gift shop have a wide variety of hot meals, drinks, and snacks. The bathroom is spacious and the shower/bath is very nice, especially with the multiple settings on the shower head.

It's a little odd that the room had a fridge but no microwave. The only microwave was located on the 4th floor which was inconvenient as the event we were attending had a high volume of traffic in the elevators. Our tv also had malfunctions and the audio kept cutting out every few seconds, which was a minor annoyance as we didn't watch a ton of tv on this trip. Also they have an every-other-day schedule for room cleaning which wasn't really specified when we checked in. Again, more of a minor annoyance but would have like to know we weren't going to get the trash picked up or new towels/linens until the second night of our stay.

I love the location which is near the Symphony. The room was wonderful. The staff and professional, friendly and competent. I appreciated the valet as well. In a word, I will be back for another stay at the Sheraton.

I normally swim, but was told by a guest whose an airline attendant that the pool was low with respect to water level. I did not check, however. On previous visits, it was fine.

The location was great! We walked to breakfast and strolled around the mall. The room and hotel was stylish and clean.

The pool area could use an improvement. It's small and there was no service both days. They have a bar ,but only was open one day. There was a lot of towels and garbage left around so limited seating

The location and lobby, bar, and restaurant area is wonderful. The modern design brings in many to the bat in the later hours.

The restroom light switch was finicky and would turn on and off.

I love always having access to things like extra towels, or bath robes, etc. I made two request at my recent stay and was accommodated accordingly which was useful as this was a last minute reservation from my end. Fitness Center is open 24hrs which is always a win for those looking to get some type of workout in during their stay.

At my recent stay, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the pool was not accessible and it looked like the jacuzzi was cemented out which was unfortunate for this specific stay but aside from that everything else was as expected. Great stay.

Getting locked out of the hotel room for 2 and a half hours. Luckily we where able to get back inside.

The room has great view to the city and the hotel was very close to the convention center, room was clean and with a lot of space and a huge tv.

There were no room service or restaurant available, only one coffee shop and you have to do a huge line every morning to grab a coffee or something to eat. Due Covid situation and lack of personnel, they only do your room every 2 nights.

We didn’t eat there. We purchased coffee. It was good and the server was nice.

We came in from a concert at 9:58. We saw the lobby bar closing up. Wanted to get a bite to eat and a drink. We were told the hotel had no food and the bar was closed.
