The rooms are always clean and the hot breakfast is good. Plus lots of other breakfast items. The on-site Manager, Mary, was a nice, friendly person.

This is not the facility fault, however, the person above me was very loud in the very early morning getting ready to leave. And, I was quoted a AAA discount and it didn’t show on my receipt. I didn’t notice till I was gone so that’s on me. You just need to be more careful with other travelers. That $5-$6 dollar discount is very helpful.

Protein breakfast - Not just cereal and pastries, they actually had scrambled eggs and sausage links! The Host was the best - So nice and accommodating! I felt safe leaving my trailer in the parking lot. Right across the street is a very friendly bar with a good selection of spirts, and a pool table and juke box. Also across the street is a very good Chinese restaurant.

I wouldn't take a bath in the tub as it was peeling and it had pretty good drip! The floor was a little squeaky. Cable TV...

The young lady working the front desk was so nice to me. The breakfast she set out was nice and fresh. A very pleasant stay because of her.

I had some very noisy people above me one night, but they calmed their children down pretty early. That was nobody's fault. And the people next to me were kinda scary, also nobody's fault. Rooms need some paint, and bathrooms need to be updated.

We booked three rooms, and they were all conveniently situated next to each other. Rooms had no frills but were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, especially the self-service pancake machine, which was a huge hit with the family! The motel is opposite the Empty Pockets Saloon, which was a nice spot to get a beer in the evening. All in all, this was an extremely convenient and good value stop on our way to the Petrified Forest National Park, which is only about a 25 minute drive away.

Friendly staff. Nice wide plank wood floors. VERY comfortable bed. It was quiet and the room was tastefully decorated. You can't beat the price for a comfortable and clean room. It is an old school motel from the Rt. 66 days but it still provides a great stay! Note: If you like real authentic and delicious Italian food, then simply turn left out of the motel and go a short way to Mesa Italiano Restaurante on the right. The recipes used were hand written family recipes brought over from Italy by the owner who trained the cooks how to make make the sauces and dishes. Food is EXCELLENT! You will not be disappointed!

The only real issue was the tub did not drain while showering and the water was very deep. It did drain but very slowly.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The wifi was great. Everything worked as expected. The breakfast was great. Sausage, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, toast. We did not hear one sound in the evening or all night. Slept like a log. Bed was very comfortable.

The lighting in the room could have been a little better but it was not a problem for us at all.

Spacious room, hot water, clean. We like motel like facilities where we can park outside out room with access to the outside directly from the room.

Bathtub area was dark in the grout. We think it was clean, but needs updating. Also the tub appeared to have been painted (which is ok), but the paint was peeling a bit. But that's all.

Upon arrival, I asked for the room on the end as have had it before. The front desk gal was able to accommodate us. Breakfast includes eggs - that's always a plus.

While our favorite room is always clean, it still needs a paint job!

Good wifi for work and comfortable beds. Its also among the closest places to the petrified forrest. A couple days there is worth it. Its too much to take it all in a restful way in one day. The holbrook downtown had a good mexican place.

No breakfast, covid related typical issues where things are not just back to normal. I would stay again when visiting the petrified forrest. It would have been nice to have some place to study in Holbrook. We looked for open libraries or other and couldnt find them.

Room was clean, no odors, and reasonably quiet. The tv was a little small, but it worked and the remote worked and the channel selection was good, The breakfast was minimal, but adequate, and the person who both checked me in and out was friendly.
