The hotel is very modern. I loved the pool area with the private bar. The mini bar prices were reasonable. I was there for the Arte Agave event. This was the perfect venue to host. I absolutely loved it.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room or an extra blanket in the closet. Don't stay on the 2nd floor if you choose a garden view. If a customer prepays, there needs to be an option to add the incidental (check-in) charge and additional parking expenses to the booking at the time of payment.

I loved the mid-Century modern décor of the entire hotel. My room was so beautiful I could have stayed there forever. The fitness room, pool, and roof top bar were amazing! I highly suggest the cocktail, Naked and Afraid.

There was construction near the hotel that woke me up. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff they gave me a coupon for a free drink at the bar. Also, none of the restaurants were open for dinner during my two night stay and I was looking forward to trying them. There were several restaurants nearby though.

Always love our stay! The staff is fabulous and we are always pleased - Valet in. particular could not be more professional and accomodating and love the people at the front desk!

Not a thing. Unless you choose having to leave - I would love to stay for a week and just enjoy relaxing!! Look forward to the pool in the summer as I have yet to be there to enjoy that! I totally love staying there and will continue to do so! Thanks for a great stay.

After checking in, we were offered a glass of wine, a choice between red or white. They took our belongings upstairs for us. We did not have to go to the room until we wanted to. Doing this time of the year, the property is beautiful, and the outside dining location downstairs by the receptionist desk, beautifully decorated with the igloos, and the Christmas lights just beautiful. The upstairs rooftop bar was very nice and comfortable with blankets on the outside of the elevator for you to sit outside in the cool, they even had heaters to keep you warm. Experienced sitting at the bar with the amazing Isaac as the bartender! Very sweet guy! The staff Josh and Kenyatta were awesome, awesome host. I plan to go back soon just for Staycation. The restaurant Betty was a nice dining experience as well. Overall just a beautiful location, a gem hidden away in the mist of Buckhead.

Parking is by valet only. Cost is an additional $45 per day, and is not included in the booking.com rate. Wish I had been notified of this. Not really the hotel's fault. When I chose free parking as one of the filters on Booking.com website, this hotel was one of the facilities that was populated on the list of choices. The hotel offers a package that includes parking if you reserve directly with the hotel. The hotel also places a $300 charge on your credit card for "incidentals" upon checking in which is supposed to be refunded at some point.

THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THE CLEANLINESS WAS GREAT. I WISH THERE HAD BEEN A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM BUT THE COFFEE WAS VERY EASY TO GET TO FROM THE ELEVATORS.

I HAD RESERVED 2 QUEEN BEDS ON PRICELINE AND WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WERE ONLY KING BEDS AVAILABLE AND MY RESERVATION (SO I WAS TOLD) DID NOT SPECIFY 2 QUEEN BEDS. I HAD TO SLEEP WITH MY GOOD FRIEND, WHO AT TIMES, HELPS ME WITH MY BUSINESS AT MARKET. THANKFULLY WE ARE FEMALE AND BOTH SMALL PEOPLE.

They are ALWAYS professional and friendly and. go out of the way to be sure we have everything we need - in this case Brandon brought me an Nespresso machine for after dinner coffee so we didn't have to go back out in the pouring rain.

Having to check out for an early am meeting - was sleeping good. Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased, found something new I liked, and have not once been disappointed. That says a lot!

The location is excellent. Our room was cleaned very thoroughly after 5 days. The hotel staff and personnel of the restaurant were really very friendly and helpful.

Most of the valet, NOT all, were not friendly at all and even “took by mistake” an Apple charging cable from my car. After that we didn’t trust leaving stuff inside the car. There are a couple of guys that were nice and friendly. I wish I could self park to avoid an incident like this and to lower the valet bill if possible.

Just love the atmosphere - the staff is exceptional and meets all of our needs, adding personal touches that make guests feel special. All about the little things and we make a point of staying here whenever possible.

Can't think of anything. I prefer and iron and not a steamer in my room because they spit and I had a silk dress but I can assure you had I asked for an iron at the front desk, they would have found one for me.

Very spacious room, and the pool was sizable (unlike many hotels that have tiny pools) and we had it to ourselves for an afternoon. Free draft cold brew in the lobby, but only before it runs out.

The rooms do not have an iron and ironing board (only a poorly working steamer), so we had to request one and it took awhile to arrive.
