We didn't realized that we had rented a suite. It was nice having a separate bedroom. If we were spending more days there the additional room which had a full kitchen would be nice. It was very clean and the y had a really good breakfast. Again, they had a nice hot breakfast with waffles, sausages, egg, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff was very nice and professional. We would stay there again if in the area.

The room was great, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a great night sleep here. Our room was next to the HVAC so i was a little worried about noise, but it was fine. The wifi was excellent, fast and reliable. Location wise - it’s not the greatest - very busy road not far away (road noise wasn’t an issue), hardly any pedestrian crossings and there were few ‘characters’. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of food & drink.

The pool was out of order, with no reduction in the room rate, which was a little disappointing, and as stated before, the location wasn’t the best - my wife said she wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking by herself.

We were not bothered by "housekeepers banging on our door." We always stay here. I always recommend this to friends, family, and the public. Our room had a kitchen. The kitchen was a good size and very clean. 😊

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was decent, and the room was good enough for our one night stay. There were a lot of nearby fast food and restaurant options. It was a convenient place to hop off the interstate and rest up while traveling.

The dining area was a little small and crowded. The only other situation we had was, while packing our vehicle to leave, there was a man asking for money. That seems to be the norm for just about everywhere we have travelled recently, though.

Good points, Location, Parking, Room layout and fittings, staff attentive, breakfast offer was really good. The selection was varied and generous, one of the best this trip.

Very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the person who helped us check in was super nice. Also, their body wash, lotion, and stuff smells wonderful. Normally I'm not a fan of some of the smells at other places we have stayed at but theirs smells really good.

The bed was terrible, they need to replace their mattresses. I don't really know how to describe it but the side I slept on, I had to stay as close to the edge as possible because the middle sunk in ALOT. If they replace their mattresses I would give it a 10 in a heartbeat. The parking lot was a little small for us but we managed. We were in a large suv pulling a horse trailer.

The physical property was excellent. Check in was rather slow mainly because she was very polite and didn’t rush anyone including on the phone.

The pool was cloudy but our kids swam anyway. The breakfast included everything you could ask for and was very good but seemed to pre-prepared (packaged?)

Friendly check-in. Room was pretty good and surprisingly quiet (including the AC/Heater unit). Close to highway and plenty parking (not sure about big rig/trailer parking though). Breakfast was good as well (I did eat at 6:00 a.m. so that might change over the morning)

Nothing really. Breaker on AC/Heater was popped but easy fix by just pushing the button.

easy access and parking, elevator to your floor, quick check in & out made things easy. The room was perfection. From well equipped br( which had a second light that you could use at night without the fan going off and waking family), to the comfortable bed and arm chairs that you really enjoy sitting in. Free breakfast that is really a complete breakfast and a friendly & helpful staff made wonderful stay

The room was nice, clean & new with comfortable beds & pillows. The lobby area was also nice & clean with a friendly & efficient staff. There was a variety of good breakfast options with both warm & grab & go options.

The location was not amazing with the only food option being taco bell when we arrived at around 10pm. The area of town appears older with this hotel being by far the best option, because it appears very new.
