- Small but very good private clean sandy beach, perfect water entrance so you can swim not walk too far. - Comfortable room, bed, pillows, everything. Good wide enough balcony. - Room cleaned with linens changed every day. Overall very clean and nice odor everywhere. - Private underground parking with direct access to the lobby/rooms by the elevator. - Good variety of food, mostly different every day.

- Lack of fish in dinner menu: only single type of fish everyday. - Rather expensive during the racing week, but I believe it’s with all hotels at that time.

Everything, quick response in everything, in room cleaning, reception service, food restaurants, really their service is above and beyond, I and my wife and my 7 month old daughter really enjoyed it, everyone is already a player with my daughter and tried to give her a very nice attitude and a pleasant feeling in a hotel and also Many thanks to Thea at the reception for the quick check-in and check-out and her good service, the food is very tasty and I recommend it to everyone!!

There 2 times whereni feel were treated differently because of iut skin color/race, some staff are friendlier to white visitors than non-white, its subtle though but palpable

An excellent place to stay in Abu Dhabi, whether on a business trip or a short holiday. Very spacious, great beach and pool area. Breakfast is very varied, the hotel is very pleasant. This is not the first time I have stayed here, and upon check-in, I was given a room better than what I paid for at no extra charge. It is very nice!!!

You have to take a taxi to get to any shopping center or city park, but this is normal since this is a hotel with its own beach. There are a lot of people during the season, so sometimes you have to wait to have breakfast. If you come for breakfast outside of peak times, it's fine.

We had a beautiful view of the Quasr Al Watan and the dinner buffet is very good, many many options. There are different themes on different nights. We ate on the asian buffet night and the international nights. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional.

All the upper floors from 8 up are smoking floors. We got an "upgrade" wich was not an upgrade and more of a downgrade to a room in the 4th floor even though we originally booked another room in one of the higher floors. So don't fall for that. We then got a room in the 14th floor (smoking room) but the smell of cigarettes was very strong and off putting for us as non-smokers.

I stayed at the 15th floor. I liked the room and view from the room outlooking Qasr Al Watan. Some staff were friendlier than others. Shoutout to the valet parking staff for their professional attitude. The breakfast was good, although nothing special. The pool was good. However, I felt it was too crowded. I also liked the hotel location and overall feel at the hotel.

During check-in we were asked to do PCR testing, even though we did this testing prior to our travel to Abu Dhabi. The hotel offered this service for about AED 40 per person. I did not like the dining experience at Kamoun Restaurant and I felt it was overpriced. Also, one day our room was not cleaned properly and there was a dirty cloth left by the staff on top of one of our luggage.

This was our second time in Khalidiya Palace, this time to celebrate our anniversary, and it didn’t disappoint. We were so happy and satisfied with the room they provided, with nice view of presidential palace. Breakfast has a lot of options, the taste of food was good. The ambience even in times of Covid feels comfortable and safe. Pool might get a liitle crowded sometimes, but I can feel that the water has been thoroughly disinfected/ chlorinated. We had a memorable time together, not to mention an added bonus dessert and nice decoration on our bed courtesy of the staff. Thank you. It meant a lot to us. Will surely come back. ❤️

Pool and swimming timings could be a little extended. They closed as early as 7pm. Night swimming is a nice idea. Room rates are a little bit increased compared before…nonetheless, their service is amazing.
