Location, staff and property is beautiful. Sunday helped us with baggage and restaurant recommendations he was great. The person who cleaned our room daily was excellent, I think his name was Haan. Also, the person who check us in was really nice and accommodating.

Breakfast is not worth the upgrade, so I wouldn't consider it if you are upgrading. Also, the property is hot. There is no AC in the common areas, bathrooms, or hallways. It is really hot in Dubai, so this made sleeping and walking around these areas so uncomfortable.

Clean new and checkin was fabulous coming in after a long flight Pool staff would do anything to help or make you feel comfortable.

Went to the hair salon and were quoted a prices and without consulting us on added extras the total was 10x the amount expected Very expensive Also the tourism counter over charged the future is the museum by 200 durum Said they were booked out but when we got there tickets were available at kiosk. Was not happy with these 2 services

Location is perfect, easy access to Dubai Mall and other attractions. Room is very convenient as a Júnior suite , furniture and decoration are well designed , amenities are really perfect , bed and below are very comfortable , add value to sleep well after long moving around and fabulous dinner .. Breakfast , excellent , place is very open and high ceiling, food really amazing , varieties of food and tastes for all family members.

No serious comments

It was a new year night, and I booked one day before I was surprised that I found a room, it is close to Burj Khalifa and exactly next Dubai Mall. so we don’t have to drive and be stuck in the traffic. The lady “ Maria” in Address Dubai Mall hotel was so helpful, I booked a delux room, but when she saw me with my kids, she upgraded me with a bigger residential apartment with Burj Khalifa’s view, my kids were so happy that they saw the fire works live just from our magnificent balcony’s view.

The toilet in the apartment was dusty in some areas, the trash ben was not taken out from the previous people who were staying in the room.

beautiful hotel, great location

even though we booked through booking.com and clearly stated in our booking before being offered the room options that we will be four people, two adults and two kids, we only had one extra bed in our room, and upon questioning the staff, they initially said we booked a room that can only take 3 people. we took the room offered on booking.com that said we can take 4 people. the hotel eventually added another bed, but this was an unpleasant experience, as this hotel is not cheap.

Close to Dubai mall.

Breakfast doesn’t have varieties Club lounge is the best mostly nellly, mahdi the nigiri young man. Food also needs to have varieties in the same location not that guests have to go to another restaurant wheee there is noises and crowded. There should be hot dishes in breakfast, lunch and dinner because when a guest pays for a club room he or she expects to have service in the club lounge.

From the moment we entered we were greeted pleasantly by all staff. At check in, Relly and the supervisor were friendly, kind and extremely helpful at helping us with all our requests. Throughout our stay, they remembered us by name and were always there for us when we needed them. We spent a lot of time at Karat lounge. The staff are amazing. So polite and always ready for any request. The cabana restaurant was absolutely lovely. Again the staff are fantastic and the food was wonderful. The concierge are so knowledgeable. They made life so easy. The rooms were clean and well maintained and very comfortable. Room service was fantastic. They always went above and beyond for us. This is the hotel we love to stay in. It has everything we need and direct access to dubai mall.

I had 2 bookings for 2 separate rooms through Booking.com. At the check in counter, the man told me that I he found one reservation and not found the other. He offered me 2 rooms at a higher cost. He took pictures of my reservations through Booking.com from my IPhone and said he will investigate and call me later but he never called.

breakfast is very tasty and verities is good also the service is fast, Concierge team are helpful and active Paul and William are very polite also Muhannad and Nervan were always checking. they clean the room more than 2 times and when i ask for something they provide fast service

I was hearing about address hotels alot and about their hospitality my personal stay was really magnificent starting from the entrance of the welcoming till the bell desk team who helped me with luggage, people who made my vacation much easier Nervan from the hotel relations she called me before arrival and was so caring about the family as my wife is pregnant she even gave us free late checkout ,Youssef from front desk was always so welcoming and provides with all the details , Muhannad and Sahar from the main restaurant
