The Rove exceeded my expectations. It is centrally located - only about a 10-minute walk to The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There is a fantastic TGI Fridays in the hotel. They have a delicious breakfast and dinner menu. Everything was very modern and the staff was extremely helpful. A special thank you to Julia at the front desk for helping me with a manicure/pedicure reservation.

My experience surpassed all expectations. It was my second time staying there and from the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The modern and vibrant ambiance of the hotel immediately caught my eye, reflecting the dynamic spirit of Dubai. The staff, without exception, were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, creating a truly hospitable environment. My room was a haven of comfort, featuring contemporary design, state-of-the-art amenities, and breathtaking views of the iconic Dubai skyline. The attention to detail in ensuring a seamless stay did not go unnoticed, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

I loved how all the staff were so effortlessly friendly and helpful all the time. The vibe in the hotel was overall very cosy and comfortable, even if you would go down to the lobby in the middle of the night, you’re safe and sound and at all times you’ll be helped in times of need. The cleaning staff was also very nice: we had a lot of interactions especially with Mohammed Abbas from the cleaning staff and he is one of the most respectful and helpful staff I’ve ever seen. Even if my room was already cleaned up, he always asked if we needed something and always offered us the best service as well as communication. As well for Nicolas/Nick from the front desk. When we arrived early, he made it possible to check in early and was always very sweet and communicative. We loved the hotel, it was honestly great!

Excellent location - just a short taxi ride from Dubai Mall. Fabulous service from front desk as well as all other staff. Beautiful hotel with quirky decor and loved that there was a small supermarket inside hotel. Loved the view - straight onto downtown and the Burj Khalifa. Room very clean, adequate amenities, spacious and very clean. Frequent taxi's pull up right outside hotel and free shuttle bus to Metro and to and from Dubai Mall greatly appreciated.

Need a taxi to reach the hotel and I once waited for 2 hours outside Emirates Tower Metro station for a taxi or Careem. Eventually ended up taking metro to Dubai Mall Metro, taking the local bus to Dubai Mall then a taxi from the Mall. That was the ONLY negative. Everything else was superb.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice and spacious. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a work/business trip. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was shown the shortcut into Dubai Mall which was very useful. They were able to accommodate my early check-in request as well, I only waited about an hour, which was fantastic after a long flight. Within walking distance to my office in Boulevard Plaza. Always lots of taxi's outside. Short distance to and from the airport. The shuttle service to the beach and various attractions is a nice touch although I did not use it on this occasion. Nice to also have a mini fridge in the room, tea and coffee making facilities, Bottle of water replenished regularly and ice dispensers on all floors. The pool was nice and quiet most mornings, and the gym is simple but well equipped. Had dinner twice in the attached TGI Fridays and was a good quality meal as you'd expect form any TGI's. The convenient store attached is very well stocked, if a little over priced. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable walking around on my own. Everyone I asked for directions or asked questions to were very helpful and friendly (locals and hotel staff). Would recommend, and would stay here again on my next business trip.

If I had to pick something, I'd say the pillows were too flat and soft for me but that is just a personal preference and were fine for my short stay. I'm sure they would have accommodated my preference had I asked. Amenities pack not readily available in room on check-in, you have to call and ask for it, but again not a real negative just could be an improvement.

While the on-site TGIF restaurant wasn’t my personal favorite due to my preference for homier food, the quality was good and might suit others well.

Let's begin with the location. Rove Downtown Dubai is situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of some of Dubai's most iconic landmarks. The proximity to attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the vibrant Downtown area made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Whether it was shopping, dining, or simply taking in the breathtaking views, everything was within easy reach. However, what truly sets Rove Downtown Dubai apart is its outstanding service. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff members who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Since we had arrived earlier than the usual check-in they tried to give the room to us earlier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created an inviting and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The hotel staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They were always available to assist with any inquiries, provide helpful recommendations, and accommodate any special requests I had. The level of personalized service I received truly made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms at Rove Downtown Dubai were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and thoughtfully designed amenities made it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploration. The views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai from my room were simply breathtaking, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Overall, my stay at Rove Downtown Dubai was nothing short of exceptional.
