The furniture is old

The property is located opposite to the Dubai mall so its very easy to access Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Metro station etc. We visited the Dubai mall twice on foot. There were good restaurants near by to satisfy our taste buds. The hotel has a large and a very neat pool that we thoroughly enjoyed with kids. There is a super mart just behind the building in case you need to buy any groceries or day to day stuff.

I forgot to include breakfast in my package at the time of booking. Later I added it after arriving at reception but it was expensive. Other than that everything was great.

The residence was very nice, especially the location near Dubai Mall and in Downtown reached in 5 min walk. The apartment was spacious with everything you need for your stay. The staff are helping and immediately supporting for any request.

When reaching the location, it was difficult the reach the reception as there were several buildings without clear indication on the reception.

Location, value for money, however the apartment has been renovated , there were minor things that could be improved but did not had any impact on our stay, for e.g. there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms , and one bathroom did not had any window so exhaust fan was must .

The room we stayed in was spacious, well-laid-out, and comfortable. My elderly parents particularly appreciated the comforting atmosphere. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, with Dubai Mall just a short walk away. One feature I really loved was the buggy service, which allowed us to request a pick-up and drop-off anywhere within the premises. This was especially helpful for my parents. Additionally, the breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options. Thank you!

The room's acoustic properties weren't ideal. You could hear the sound of water flowing through the pipes in the walls. While this wasn't a major issue and wouldn't prevent me from returning, it was one minor downside. To clarify, I didn't hear the neighbors—just the water running through the pipes. Additionally, our room was on the side of the Burj Khalifa, as we had requested, but it also faced the main highway, so there was some traffic noise. Personally, it wasn't too disruptive, but it was noticeable. As for the breakfast, while the variety was great, the quality of the juice selection could be improved.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. We loved our stay. It is a walkable distance to Dubai mall, and other attractions. Hospital is 6 min drive, a super market and a pharmacy was just 2 min walk from my building which now great when travelling with children. In terms of food, we ate at the hotel to ensure value for money. The hotel serves a 5 star buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Very delicious tasty meals. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is clean with great room service. I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped so it made our stay comfortable. I could also cook what I wanted. The pool area is clean, my kids loved it. The apartment is very spacious. My kids enjoyed their stay in Dubai because they were comfortable, we even had to extend our stay. 😊 In terms of reception from the staffs, they are really friendly and nice. Shout out to some exceptional staff like Adam at the reception, Wudia and Caroline at the restaurant and one clear (Asha’s or Sharaf, I can’t remember his name). They are genuinely nice and I have watched them accommodate everyone the same way, very professional and down to earth. The Hotel should be proud of them.

For buildings like Gardenia and Lavender, I advise the hotel to invest in nice aromas in the hall ways and the rooms especially Gardenia. While it is clean a nice aroma/scent would crown it all. Also a small decoration at the reception and the rooms would increase its potential. When cleaning, also focus on the balconies.
