To be honest, I am still not quite sure I understood fully what is happening here, but in short, I got to stay at the Address Residences in the Dubai Mall (same building, same entrance, even my room key said "Address Residences") but clearly at a much affordable rate, and via this agency called "Westminster" (so you don't do the check-in at the registration desk, but meet an agent in the lobby). I am not 100% sure what is the deal here (Are they handling rooms that are last minute availabilities ? Are those pre-renovation rooms ? Are they getting a deal by bulk ordering rooms ?) but at the end, I had this amazing mini-suite, with a balcony and a kitchen, and clearly felt like I underpaid for it. So aside from this whole confusing thing, and this strange check-in experience that happens in the lobby instead of the check-in desk, everything is exactly as pictured. The room is massive, has a direct access to the mall, and that balcony view in the middle of Dubai's skyscrapers is magical. Aside from the check-in, you do get access to the regular concierge services form the hotel (I had room service and wake-up call for example). I have to come back often to Dubai for work, and honestly if I can keep on having this place at this price, count me in. Special mention to Mohamed who took care of my check-in and out and was a sweetheart, especially considering how confused I was about the whole deal.

To be honest, the only down point is really for us to have a better understanding of the difference between Westminster and the Address, so you don't have this weird sensation that you are walking into a potential scam. I was literally googling them on my way there to make sure I was not walking into a trap.

The location and direct access to dubai mall. Use all the facilities of kempinski dubai mall. The size of room. The reception is always available through whatsapp. The price was very good compared with other hotels connected to dubai mall.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. The socket near to my bed was not working and they tried to fixed it but it didn’t work. The bath room shower is very standard. The towels are old and need to be changed. Only one key for room even if we are many guests. The concierge staff of Kepinski hotel are very tough and rude.

We had to change the room because it was not well maintained and it was not inspected before giving it to us. The refrigerator and freezer were not working.

I liked everything! Apartment is very big and well furnished. It is not just a cheap hotel furniture but expensive furniture that someone bought for them. Everything is done with great detail and comfort. It is same building with Kempinsky hotel and you are literally connected to Dubai mall via Bloomingdales store. View on Burj Khalifa is as described. you can see it from the balcony if you will look outside. There is no "reception" just one guy sitting in the lobby and checking you in with tablet. They were so nice that didn't charged 1000AED deposit but just verified our card with 10AED and said that if something will go wrong they can charge up to 1000.

Building is connected with Dubai Mall via Bloomingdales store and store closes at 10pm. So you need to go out of the mall and walk around 10 mins to get to the building. Yes you see Burj Khalifa but before it you see roof of the parking that is not looking so good.

We had a positive experience during our recent stay at Westimister Hotel. The location was great with easy access to Dubai Mall. The check in was very smooth. I commend Mr Bobby and the concierge for their exceptional level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted well and the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment. The comfortable bed, sitting room, and well-equipped kitchenette provided a homely atmosphere. The amenities offered at the apartment were nothing short of excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We highly recommend Westminster Dubai Mall to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai. Will surely come back.

To tell you the truth, I read many negative reviews about the hotel, which made me worried, but none of that turned out to be true in my case. My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room was cleaned every day, smelled good, water was available daily, and I ordered an extra blanket and pillow for the sofa bed and more water bottles, and they arrived within half an hour. Mohammad and Iman were great and attentive to our needs. I paid 1000 dirhams by card as an insurance and got it back into my account in less than two weeks. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I stayed on the 25th floor. This whole section of the hotel needs renovation as it seems old. There was a burning mark on the carpet and stains on the bathroom floor tiles. However, this is due to usage more than clineness as the room was kept clean, bedsheets were fresh, and smelled good. Perhaps the towels also need to be changed as they were worn out from washing and were stiff.

Although the property itself was satisfactory, the rates were considerably high. It was challenging to locate the place as there were no clear directions or signs, and it didn't even show up on maps. Even the taxi driver had trouble finding it, as the main address was listed as Address Hotels Dubai Mall, but it turned out to be an apartment within The Address Hotel. Instead of receiving the key from the reception, I had to interact with sales representatives from Westminster who were sitting on couches and handling the formalities. Apart from the location and map issues, everything else, including the room and view, was excellent.

Ms. Eiman El Fetouh was very accommodating and we appreciate her assistance. The apartment was beyond expectation. Our family loves the place as it is walking distance to Dubai Mall and the attractions. The place is classy, very clean and our kids enjoyed the pool. We are definitely recommending this place.

The whole experience was perfect. If we are allowed to make a suggestion, we would appreciate it if there would be a labelled section for Ms. Eiman (for Westminster) since we were mistakenly waiting at the hotel reception for the check-in. We thought she was a hotel guest seating in the lobby.
