No bathroom doors. Bed not softer. But these are minor issues

Pool is great. Spaciousness of rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff all round, from lifeguards to reception staff and porters. Proximity to Mall to buy food / grocery / any incidentals. Cafe on site served nice coffee. Air quality seemed good (tested it) in room, even though it seemed a unified / through hotel air con system which I originally doubted. Had water front view room and amazing night view / skyline.

More the behaviour in the pool area. Some patrons seen spitting. Lifeguard was straight on to it though. Sometimes patrons cannot swim a straight line or children being “taught” to swim by parents & going way off kilter/ colliding with other swimmers. Another lane rope might help that? Some features of hotel are getting a little old - I stayed here for a conference week in 2013, and notice a few things in room need maintenance ie. bathroom amenities

From the first seconds entering the hotel, for a 10 days stay in your hotel to the check out with organizing shuttle to the airport Your hotel and people did fantastic job. From the valet parking service, receptions, cleaners, waiters at the restaurant, guards next to the pool, …. We had room to Creek side and Burj Khalifa and it was great to upgrade rooms as we had everyday fireworks from our window Everyone was helpful and so polite and my family was feeling like a royals. It was 5 of us, 5th was a baby Petar 10months old and he was treated like a king. Location at Festival City area is very good. Direct access to mall is quite comfortable. View to water and downtown is nice. Pool area is on the 5th flow is exellent. Breakfast and dinner are quite rich, but could be better. Lunch at neighbour Continental hotel is fabulous. Also you'll have transfer to Kite beach and short distance (by taxi 6-7 eur Bolt) to downtown. I recommend this hotel for 100%.

Construction near one side of hotel can disturb you a bit if your room at this side. Workers start to work quite early, at 7-730 is suppose. But it's really not a big problem.

I would like to leave a review of my stay in room 479 at the Crowne Plaza Festival hotel. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and just like the first time, everything was top-notch. The location, staff, chef, and kitchen team were all wonderful. I would especially like to highlight my housekeeper, SHANKAR. Our room was always sparkling clean, there were always enough towels for the kids, and any request I made was fulfilled almost immediately. Every morning, as we walked down the corridor to breakfast, SHANKAR greeted us warmly, said good morning, asked if we needed anything, and did everything to make us feel at home. A big thank you to him!

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area of Dubai, yet close enough to downtown. It's connected to the Dubai Festival City mall which is quite large. The hotel's facilities such as the pool and gym are great. Staff is great everywhere going from reception (who helped us out with changing our room), to porters and people working in the various restaurants.

The only downside is the smell in most rooms which becomes more obvious given that all the hallways smell amazing. Until the next renovation I think they should provide air fresheners in all rooms at all times.

We were updated to intercontinental hotel. The room is big and clean The service is very good The staff especially House keeper usman are very kind. The breakfast has variety of food.

The main problem is that in the toilet there is not any toilet trigger spray. Usually in middle eastern countries we use thw spray. Please add it to the toilet accessories.

The room and the hotel are spotlessly clean and had a beautiful view of Dubai panorama with Burj Khalifa in the middle of it. All the staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very nice. There is an option to switch between lunch and diner in half board option, the food was great and there is a wide selection of it. Right outside the Intercontinental hotel which is connected to the Crown Plaza there is an abra station from which you can get a boat for about 0.40 pound to the creek metro station which has full access to the Dubai metro. The swimming pool area was amazing with a few different pools includind the infinity pool and the hot tub.

My wife and I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City for our honeymoon, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a complimentary honeymoon cake, which we absolutely loved. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall comfort made it a perfect choice for our celebration. We had the pleasure of meeting Sonia, at Anise restaurant, and she truly elevated our dining experience, making every buffet dinner enjoyable. Highly recommended for couples looking for a thoughtful and relaxing getaway.

Location: beautiful view, a little bit away from all skyscrapers and roads. Clean Staff is very friendly Two buildings: Crowne plaza and InterContinental are joined together, you can use both swimming pools, both gyms etc. Food. Breakfast in Crowne plaza and dinner in InterContinental. Breakfast can have a little more choice but anyway you definitely can find what to eat there. All is freshnesst. Dinner is awesome! Great style of restaurant and excellent choice! Highly recommend! Room is nice with view to the creek Pillows, mattress are super comfortable

Door and jealousies to the bathroom were not comfortable for us. Small kid was always trying to open the door which can’t be closed and to raise the jealousies and sees what happened inside the barthroom.
