I love how friendly the housekeeping staff and the receptionist are. I love how is it to be a pet-friendly hotel. The location is easy to access. The hotel is also quiet. Food is delicious but I do hope there will be other options for rice as most of the guests are Asians. Btw, the hallway smells so good and I hope the same thing with the room. We booked three rooms but one of them smells different. Not filthy or awful the smells seems about ventilation. :)

The service needs to be upgraded a bit. We called the reception for some ice as we've got some accident in the room. Unfortunately, no ice were given and we just did some alternatives to put remedy. Also, I wish the hotel can provide some pet bowl inside the room for those guests with pet.

-Varied breakfast. -Close to the metro station (7 min walk) -The bar on the roof and the pool where you can relax after a day of walking. -Very spacious and well-organized room ( kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer). -Very nice staff, always smiling. -Very nice location (on the edge of the creek), nice to take a walk and relax in the evening.

-Our room did not have a window that could be opened to let in fresh air. -There are no sockets for European plugs (fortunatley we had an adapter with us).

Had breakfast at hotel only once as normally just have muffin/coffee in room as otherwise too full for lunch. Nice setting by Creek basin, new sculture park being progressed during my stay. got discount as guest, hot and cold buffet, maybe a bit limited compared to other 4 stars stayed in at Dubai. had lunch several timeswhich was not cheap but good quality, nicely presented. This is a very nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. My room was stylish with nice view of creek and so was not overlooked. room good size with great rainfull shower where hot water came through very quickly irrespective of time of day. Housekeeping staff treated me extremely well, particularly the young man from Myrimar. Front desk very welcoming and helped with printing travel documents and sorting out slight delay with laundry. Laundry is one facility I need and there is one 5 minutes walk away which will do free pick up/delivery. Adjacent to it is small market, anda men's barber, so customary needs all within 5 minute walk. hotel situated by new pedestrianised mall development, all main construction complete, so little noise just waiting for tenants to move in which will make location even more desirable.

I try and chose hotels with pool and a gym. The pool here is on the roof and very small and narrow, never saw anybody in it, but ok for a cooling dip. Unfortunately the gym was out of action as construction going on. This was a double whammy as my afternoon siesta in my 6th floor room was sometimes disrupted by the sounds of concrete being drilled at pool right above me. Each lunch in restaurant, mainly indoors, was accompanied by a small collection of small black flies, one was still alive in stoppered vinegar bottle, not nice. Simple solution, instal some electronic bug zappers which only seem to see in chain fast food outlets in Dubai. Ate at hotel despite this as until mall offers options there is very limited food choices nearby.

The pool was a bit small, the bathroom shower doesn't have enough wall for the water that why it keeps flooding along the toilet floor after u shower.. The plug for coffe station not available, so u have to put it at the plug next to the bed. Which is dangerous if u have kids.

Pet friendly and staff was incredible.

They could have catered more for being pet friendly such as provide water bowls and grass on roof for pets to pee on and have more facilities for pets.

Very friendly staff, the food amazing and the hotel is very clean. This will be our best option on the next holiday inshallah.

Overall the experience at INK hotel exceeded our expectations. -Staff was super-duper helpful, willing to assist us in any possible way. -Overall the hotel was clean. -Roof pool was nice, could be bigger though. -Value for money -Location is not the best, but is surely nice for the amount paid.

-The breakfast is poor, offering only a small variety of food. Surely needs an upgrade. -Exact location of hotel was difficult to be reached by taxis and guiders (they almost always got lost)

A hip property on the banks of Al Jaddaf Waterfront. - The rooms with balconies are amazing. Super cozy and comfy with spacious setting outdoor. Love the floor to ceiling windows. - The bathrooms are spacious and aesthetically designed. Love that they use Loccitane refillable bottles. The shower pressure is omething I appreciated the most. - It has a super cool rooftop swimming pool with views across the Creek. The water is temp controlled at 31 degrees and is long enough to whip up some laps (if not crowded) - Appreciate that the entire property advocates sustainability with practically zero use of plastic and solar panels on the roof. The hallways have sensor lights which saves electricity. - The property has a wonderful unique concept of an INK'ed picnic where they provide you with a basket of delicious F&B (freshly prepared at their cafe) and blankets that you can take with you to enjoy a nice little picnic at the park that is walking distance from the property. Highly recommend it while the weather is amazing! Contact Tamaka at the property for prices. - The Bistro serves up some amazing modern healthy dishes. Don't miss the winners - Guac, hummus dip, the pastas, chicken avo wrap, the spicy shrimp and chicken panini. _ The staff are super friendly, accommodating and courteous. As INK Hotel is also home to the Swiss Hospitality School in Dubai (part of Hotel and Tourism Management Institute (HTMi) Switzerland Dubai), you will find enthusiastic trainee hoteliers around who will also assist you. It was interesting to meet them and hear their individual stories. - The Jaddaf waterfront, Jameel Arts Centre and the Al Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park are just a hop skip and a jump away from the property making it perfect to head out for a walk, run, jog or to enjoy the views and current weather.

- The self parking access in the basement can be improved. At the moment, there is only one lane for entry and exit which can be hazardous. - Although the food served at the in-house restaurant, The Bistro, was amazing, the menu lacked options in the mains. - Would be nice if there was a F&B counter at the rooftop to enjoy some tea/coffee/snacks by the pool. - Could use a basic treadmill in the gym in addition to the Cyclemaster as it is a more convenient machine to use for all ages. - It would be helpful to have some signage along the main road or at the roundabout outside Dubai Wharf Towers as the hotel is not visible from the main road.

Hotel is quite new with modern design (very cool!) ; staff is friendly; breakfast has good and various options; pool is small but pretty; elevator plays pop music, it's fun. The hotel is not located in a central area but it's easy to reach also with metro (Al Jadaf station less than 1km, if you have luggage better to get a taxi)

If you are on the 1st floor you hear all the noise from the bar at the ground floor; no window in the room that can be open

The staff were great - very friendly as well as professional. The rooms were pleasant and facilities good but the staff were really impressively welcoming.

There was a remarkable amount of noise - including a long period in the early morning. The sound proofing isn’t great and I’m not entirely sure that the noise was entirely guests (there were sometimes crashes and clanging as if work was being done).
