I have stayed in the hotel many times and i really recommend any one to visit and stay the staff are really kind. Nasreddine And dilip. Are help in for everything i need and rooms are very nice i will diffidently come back

I had an apartment for myself, with all the appliances you can think of, big space and views to the burk khalifa Is 15 minutes away from the airport The place looks more beautiful in person Is always super clean And the staff is the best staff you can get They are diligent, kind, don’t hesitate to offer help and recommend places and things to do The housekeeping also did an outstanding job make sure my room is clean always and fully stocked The location was an excellent plus because you have the metro station in a walking distanc, you have 24 hour convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants I will definitely book again if I go to Dubai Suha park is a gem in Al jadaf and Dubai You get great value for the money you pay And there’s a mosque close by

The hotel was comfortable and the team is just amazing. Every single one was very helpful and kind. They respond to client's request very fast and always look for ways to satisfy the client. I truly felt at peace throughout my stay. The cleaning was alway done on time. The metro station is very close and the area has a creek not far from the hotel where you can go for a walk at night. If you are muslim, there is a mosque at a walking distance too and supermarkets 2 minutes away.

The noise from the construction nearby was quite annoying at night.

Location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the Jaddaf Metro and the cruise boarding locations. Uber's are easily available for the Dubai Mall/Burj etc. Hotel staff is very polite, courteous and efficient. Special shout out to staff Pankaj and Jaishan who helped us with load/unload of bags (and we had a lot of them :)). Excellent customer service appreciation goes to them! The hotel didn't have a restaurant but there are plenty nearby that deliver for a small delivery fee Overall our stay was excellent. Thanks Suha team!

Breakfast options on a the premise would be nice!

I had an exceptional stay. thanks to the outstanding staff ( PANKAJ , MAY and EASTER) from the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly housekeeping team, every interaction was top-notch. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. The hotel's great amenities and comfortable rooms were enhanced by the excellent service. Kudos to the entire team for making my stay truly memorable.

The place and location were great and quiet. The staff are good and they would greet you well. The WiFi was really good.

The way to the basement parking was so tiny, especially for a 4WD car like mine. The parking car scan is very close to the barrier, meaning that you will have to leave the car to open the basement barrier. Towels were really really old - we had to leave and buy new ones. Otherwise, all is ok.

The unit was big and spacious, and we could see Burj Khalifa in the distance. There were some restaurants within walking distance as well as a supermarket. It’s just a 5 min walk to the metro station. The staff were also extremely accommodating and exceptional in their service. We had issues with our Deliveroo delivery and the staff went out of their way to try to help us. They also accepted our luggage storage request.

Construction was going on in the vicinity, but it wasn’t noisy.

Spacious room with a neat kitchen and a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and flexible for the cleaning times. The metro station "Al Jedda" is close as well as some supermarkets.

Only minor issues with the kitchen as it would be nice to add a non sticky pan and a few more tools to the kitchen. A bit difficult to increase the temperature of the room, but after two days with open window we got it on comfortable 23C

The location of Suha park is amazing being only 100 metres or so from Al Jaddaf metro station which helped until I secured a car. Once a car was secured the free parkin facilities are great. I'm staying in a one bedroom apartment and the space is great and apartment is clean and serviced well by house keeping. The pool and gym facilities are great here with the additional benefit of a sauna and steam room (although steam room has been broken for quite some time now). All staff are amazing here and particular mention to Eliza and Mohamed who supported me in some difficulties I faced when coming to extend my stay here, both were understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me as best as possible.

Only thing I can fault is at the start of my stay here on one occasion I think the chlorine levels in the pool were slightly too high and as a result my face got burnt and my skin was very dry and peeling for a couple of days which was rather uncomfortable. Subsequent visits to the pool have all been fine though.

The room was cleaned well every day, and the size of the room was fine. The staff was helpful if we needed anything. There was a balcony as well with downtown view.

The breakfast was a small box left outside of the room door every morning, with mostly cheap, low-quality food. The pool was small and there is construction noise even during the night, from the tower under construction opposite the hotel.
