1st - Employee… they were 100% efficient! lovely, warm and very, very, very gentle all the time. 2nd - infrastructure - this is a world class resort! luxury at every detail 3rd - Breakfast… and restaurants… this was the best food I ever had in a Hotel… Italian and Singapore’s cuisine out of this world…

distance from beach. but hotel provides bus service to beach and Dubai mall daily! this is a must go hotel in a lifetime!

Great facilities, delicious food, fast check out process.

Tough and long check-in process. you will be asked to pay for your stay a few days before check-in via the link provided by the hotel. On the arrival day, you will be pushed to pay again despite showing them receipts and payment confirmation emails, as the amount you already paid does not show up in their system. It will take ages to get your extra payment back to your account; you will have to follow up on this to finalize it. Management has to focus more on training reception staff.

Nice staff, especially at reception (Karema) she was extraordinary nice person. The room so clean and so quiet.

Really big room with comfortable bed. Big bathroom and bath. Location is close to Dubai mall. Big pool and pool area with ice cream stand. Big reception and indoor area too. Really really nice and big hotel

Lifeguard a bit rude and wouldn’t let you wear a top in the pool despite it being 45 degrees so you just had to burn

The facility are comfy, staff are professional and extraordinary, the breakfast and lunch were excellent with wide variety of delicious and mult national food, also good location.

The indoor swimming pool was deep unable to use it as almost my length 🥹.

The stay was very good, room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Thanks to Fadi and Marissa at the Front Desk for being so professional, patient, and addressing my late check out request. The Cooz bar was very nice, lovely live performance (piano and singing), service was super.

Staff at the entrance of breakfast restaurant (Market) need some boosting energy. Both of them on both days were maybe tired or bored, giving me a weird look, and then say: "Sit Here!", and here was a weird table facing a stupid wall right at where people were entering although the place was not that busy. So the second day I did not listen to her and proceeded to choose my table with the help of the service staff. Called the Spa but staff on the phone were really bored and maybe tired. No blame here, but either they are very tired or are not happy with what they do. Something to look at by management.

The breakfast and dinner we had included with our stay was very nice, lots of variates. Even for myself who doesn’t eat meat or eggs. The room was beautiful, lovely bathroom, everything you could think of needing was there. The swimming pools and kids slides were brilliant as well as a play park my little boy really enjoyed, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped so much when my little boy got his hand stuck in the lift, we were very thankful to them. Great location, 10 minute taxi ride to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. We loved our stay here for our first time in Dubai and would definitely recommend it. If like us it’s your first time as a family going to Dubai here’s a list of things you can do. IMG World, Motiongate, Atlantis Waterpark, Legoland, Jet Skiing / Quad biking @ Kite Beach, Water assault course at JBR Beach, Dubai Aquarium @ the mall, Hot air balloon, global village. Also lots more but we had so much fun doing these.

we loved our stay here! we actually got a really good deal and had breakfast and light dinner included. we assumed it would just be a beverage and finger food - but it was a full on buffet with every cuisine!!! it was actually incredible - pastas, pizzas, fries, chicken, stir fries, roasts, drinks, dessert table plus much more - all included. the last night we went for dinner but the dinner location was full but they still accommodated us at another dinner venue with a 3 course Italian intimate dinner. we also travelled for our honeymoon and they surprised us with roses, cake and fruit in our room which was such a beautiful gesture. room was immaculate and spacious. will definitely stay here again! thank you for everything :)

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Grand Hyatt. As newly parents, this was our second experience in Dubai and I can tell that this was a complete win with an almost 2 year old toddler. The staff were very kind and helpful about everything. The buffets at the Market restaurant was just perfect for all, with a variety of fresh and delicious food. The kids club and pool was very clean and safe for the little ones, plus the lifeguards were watching from every angle, which made me chill a lil’ as a mom haha. Special thanks to Sri, Claris and Dina who made us feel special even more. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Grand Hyatt dubai is still excellent, This is maybe 15th time that I stayed at this hotel. Always charming and well maintained and still one of the best lobbies in dubai (with it’s fabulous mini jungle and huge lobby area). The renovated rooms are very comfortable and clean and well furnished. The 24 working hours of inner pool was very useful. Breakfast and especially lunch buffet at Market cafe (main hotel restaurant) was very rich and had many options. Cafe panini and wox asian restaurant was also great. At the end; Mr. Fadi at reception was very vary welcoming and nice and helpful. Both at check in and check out we meet him and he was so professional and did the best for us🙏🏻
