The staff were extremely helpful specially on the day we arrived. We managed to arrive despite the morning rsin and flood. They went out of their way try to help as my family were stuck in Sharjah airport. They were very helpful throughout our stay.

I contacted the hotel by email and asked for an apartment on a higher floor for it be as quiet as possible as my daughter has autism. We were on the 15th floor, we heard no one. It was a huge 2 bedroom apartment, with 3 bathrooms and kitchen, there was also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a toaster, coffe maker, plenty of cutlery, pans, dishes and an electric cooker, oven, microwave and fridge. Apartment was cleaned everyday. Nobody bothered us. There is a shop downstairs to buy some quick essentials. If you wish to buy more, there is Wafi mall nearby. There is also a tram stop if you walk a distance of 10 mins. If you go round the corner to the front of hotel, there are plenty of taxis to take you wherever you want to go. The staff were great. If you wish to order food outside of the hotel you can download an app called talabat and they will deliver the food to you. Great convenient lovely apartment.

I was upgraded to two bedroom apartment. As expected the decor and fittings were a little dated but everything was clean and functional. The only problem I had was the washing machine broke down and this was fixed very quickly by on site staff. A member of staff arrived less than 10 minutes after I reported the problem. I did use the kitchen facilities but just for eating breakfast and preparing hot drinks. For a family with young children this would be really useful. The onsite shop had fresh milk which I really appreciated for my morning cup of tea. I had full access to the hotel’s facilities which are very good. The main hotel area which includes many different types of restaurants is a superb space with an indoor garden surrounded by different types of restaurants, most of which had outside space which was not really relevant during my stay during one of the cooler months of the year. I appreciated the indoor and outdoor pool as during my stay one day was cloudy and wet so I used the indoor pool. It also opens earlier at 7.00 am whilst the outdoor pool opens at 9.00 am. The changing facilities, lockers etc at the outdoor pool are excellent. I used them on my last day after I had checked out to swim, shower and change so it was great to have a hair dryer there. All the staff were excellent.

Apartment size was superb. Very spacious for a family of 6. Good location too, 7min drive from the airport. Good size of outdoor pool and great gym facilities. Next door Grant Hyatt offers various places to wine and dine. Very good shisha in Italian restaurant. There is a small shop at the residence, but if you are planning to cook then plan a trip to local supermarket. I had an amazing facial spa ( additional cost) and my husband enjoyed very modern gym and indoor pool with sauna (including in the price of the apartment). Great value for money.

Very comfortable beds, and comfortable sofas. Nicely laid out and spacious. Lovely view. Great location. Good response from staff when enquiries and services were required.

The bidet and the television did not work initially.

communal areas are very nice ; pool and service there is generally good - the gym and inside very good.

stayed at the Residences; first place I lived when I moved to Dubai 10 years ago - do not seem to have changed at all ! technology ( TV / the plugs in room etc need to come into the 21st century - very dated. that being said - the WiFi was excellent - a big improvement on just a couple of years ago. I have moved to the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek today because the price was so much less ; apartment is understandably smaller ; but much more comfortable furniture / much better technology - sure I will miss the big pool - but not the actual apartment or the price. the bathrooms here are x 2 better for example.

An exceptionally lavish breakfast, offering the finest delicacies from around the world. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist or provide you with an answer to any question. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently close to a metro station and near major highways. This made it easy to reach any destination quickly by taxi.

I also stayed at the hotel during New Year's Eve. They organized a celebration at the hotel to mark the occasion, but there was very little information provided about the event beforehand. It turned out to be a fantastic gala dinner, and had I known more in advance, I would have probably brought different attire. That said, there was very little to criticize. I found it to be a truly wonderful hotel, especially for traveling with two children.
