This is the most beautiful hotel iv ever stayed in . Palatial and grand , from check in to check out , my experience surpassed anything I was expecting. The staff are outstanding with nothing being too much trouble . They are an absolute credit and clearly have been trained in customer service , to the highest of standards . My room was stunning with the largest bed I’d ever slept in , beautiful bed linen and pillows , with every amenity you could possibly need . The hotel has an array of fresh flowers when you walk through the entrance and the smell is amazing , it really does set the scene to tell you , you are in for an amazing stay . The pools , beach , restaurants, waterways with the little abra boats , is simply amazing . I cannot praise this hotel enough and I’m just in complete awe and can’t wait to get back .

We have stayed at the other hotels on Jumeirah beach but this was our first time in the Al Qasr. We chose a Club Room as being able to have breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners in the lounge is a great experience. The staff in The Palace Lounge are truly superb. A delightful welcome from Cathy and we were looked after brilliantly all week by Pablo, Max, Anita, Anne to name but a few. They made restaurant recommendations and made sure we had reservations when necessary. The lounge is peaceful and tranquil - away from the more frenetic pace elsewhere. Breakfast is extensive - you can choose from an a la carte menu (eggs, pancakes etc - all cooked to order) and there is a plentiful buffet on top of that. The afternoon tea has delicious hot and cold savouries, beautiful pastries and sublime scones with cream and jam. However, leave enough room for the cocktails and canapés - they too are plentiful and delicious. The restaurants across the hotels are all amazing and the pools are fabulous as well as the fact that it is so close to the beach means that the sea is always accessible.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but some of the guests are ruder than you can imagine - I have never heard anyone speak to staff the way they did. I was shocked at the sheer number of people who thought they could be so entitled and aggressive. Horrible. My heart goes out to what some staff had to put up with. Also remember that you can smoke in the eating area outside the lounge and so the cigar smokers had little regard for those of us trying to enjoy our food around them. Dubai has changed quite a lot - it seems to be a paradise for full-time Instagrammers who film themselves all day and all night - on the beach, in the pools, in the souk, in the malls - even in the loos! It's quite a challenge to fight through the endless posing :-)

Despite everything, the hotel is beautiful, clean and fragrant, the staff in the restaurant, at the pool and on the beach , especially the guys at the entrance are all too kind and nice

we traveled with a small child and we asked in advance for a room closer to the elevator because the facility is huge, and we got the back room that was the farthest from the elevator and below which were the restaurants and bars.. Music and noise after midnight, and once we woken up by loud arguing on the terrace of one of the restaurants in the middle of the night. We were looking for another room the same night we arrived at the hotel and the only option offered to us is a room on the same floor very close to our room with a toilet intended for disabled people, without bathtub…honestly, I think that this was not the only option, but simply the staff at the reception did not try hard enough to satisfy the guest's request.

We loved our Club Room, the adult swimming pool, main breakfast restaurant and exceptional grounds of Madinat Jumeirah, so much greenery! The Palace Lounge had fantastic atmosphere, the staff are so accommodating there. We would like to especially thank Jason, Lucia, William and are absolute favorite, Iris🥰 so friendly and so genuinely caring! People like them make all the difference! Cocktails and canapés were delicious, the atmosphere was great and we were so thrilled at the goodbye present that Iris & William have given to us. Thank you so much!

The only improvement we would suggest would be rereading “quiet zones” in the Palace Lounge. On our last day I had to do a conference call just before the departure to the airport and I thought that the lounge would be perfect for that. But then a few guests with toddlers arrived, screaming started and there was simply nowhere to hide as no space in the lounge has a door. Generally, there are a lot of guests with small kids and it would be great to have a little more quiet spaces scattered around the resort, just like the adults swimming pool

What I loved most about Jumeirah Al Qasr was, first and foremost, the people. The staff were truly exceptional—it’s amazing how everyone is always smiling, welcoming, and making you feel so cared for. It really sets the tone for the whole experience. The attention to detail is something else. From the beautifully arranged rooms to the personalized touches that make every moment feel special, it’s clear that nothing is overlooked. Every aspect, from the perfectly prepared amenities to the seamless service, reflects a deep commitment to excellence. The facilities were outstanding, especially Talise Spa. The comfort of the property was unparalleled—I genuinely felt at home during my stay. I stayed to celebrate the New Year, and it was the perfect way to start fresh. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully curated and special. Thank you for making it so memorable.

From the outset, the staff were incredibly welcoming and exceedingly helpful, demonstrating an impressive attention to detail. The facilities were outstanding, featuring a stunning, large swimming pool, a pristine beach just a few minutes' walk away, and a variety of shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, boasting a large, elegant bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered an extensive selection, featuring a wide array of fresh products to choose from. I would highly recommend opting for the Palace lounge experience, where they serve delightful afternoon tea and sundowners.

Everything. Room was beautiful, the hotel design and aesthetics was amazing. The staff are great and so accommodating, absolutely nothing is a problem for them and they are always willing to help and assist you. An absolute multitude of restaurant options for breakfast and lunch or dinner included in the half-board package. We would highly recommend Al Nafoorah and the Arboretum. Big shout to Abi The hotel provides an e-butler service which greatly enhances the stay by being able to request hotel reservations and extra amenities all over WhatsApp, Viber or other social media platforms Housekeeping was immaculate. Our room was seen to twice a day, once in the morning and again the in evening. We never ran out of the essential amenities, and on the odd occasion we had a special request (more ice, shaving kits etc) they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes by house keeping staff

We had one minor issue which was due to a miscommunication, however, we were invited to speak directly with the guest relations manager who took our feedback seriously and resolved our issue with no fuss

The staff is fantastic! The beach is amazing and the food is amazing! You don't need more for the perfect vacation! We were on our honeymoon, and the beautiful surprise that greeted us in our room was amazing. Our room was kept clean by Shuman, who cleaned excellently. The hotel was as if we were in a beautiful village. The gondola and mini golf carts were amazing. The restaurants and the spa were fabulous, but above all I would highlight the extremely kind staff. We will be back soon.
