This was not the first time we spent a night in this hotel. The hotel is very close (right opposite) to the airport (DXB Terminal 3), but you should not think you can simply cross the road (the motorway). No way! Take a taxi (26 AED from DXB T3 to the hotel) or use the hotel's free shuttle bus instead. The shuttle bus departs every whole hour (i.e. 8:00, 9:00, etc.) from the hotel and 10-12 minutes later (i.e. 8:10, 9:10, etc.) from the airport. Just follow the hotel shuttle bus sign! But I am not sure if the shuttle bus is also available at night. Another feature of the hotel is the excellent breakfast that satisfies all needs and tastes. We really appreciated that breakfast was available from 6 am, so we didn't have to miss breakfast (which was included in the price) and we were able to catch our plane without rushing because the hotel provided the shuttle bus also at 6:30. It was very kind from the hotel.

Just two small remarks: 1 - we noticed that the wall-to-wall carpets in the hallways were very much worn. A good hotel like this should pay attention to the apprearance. 2 - In January, the air conditioning in the hotel was slightly exaggerated.

Friendly staff, proximity to the airport, the presence of a travel agent to provide fast assistance to tourists. Reasonably priced.

Lack of some amenities in the bathroom (ex. shower cap, cotton buds, floor towel, slippers) although maybe you can request these but we did not try.

The property has complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes 24/7, the shuttle also goes to the mall and the beach. There are shops and restaurant on the same block if you don’t want to eat at the hotel and when you need basic things. Their complimentary breakfast is continental. The WiFi works perfectly. My room had 2 beds,mini bar, tv, closet with light and a prayer mat, table and chair and a bathroom. The staff is friendly and were helpful whenever I was in need. There is also information desk for tourists.

The shuttle to the mall only goes after 10:00am

The airport pick up was confusing. The driver seemed to be in a hurry. I had to run with the cart to the parking spot. It was not made clear that someone will pick you up and there was no need to panic in the heat. Waiting in the heat could have been avoided.

The location is close to the airport. Free shuttle departs form terminal 3, but I have found it difficult to find the bus. The breakfast is good.

The towels were not perfectly clean. The room is OK for the money. Free shuttle to the dubal mall is just once per day 10.30 am. I wasn't mentioned on the website.

Good breakfast to start the day. Hotel shuttle tfrom Terminal at past midnight is truly remarkable service that helps the difficulty of long hours of travel and jetlag. Thank you very much! A I was also allowed to stay beyong checkout time to have more sleep time that I needed.

Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport is an excellent choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort at a reasonable price. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. One of its biggest advantages is its proximity to the airport, paired with great transportation options, making it ideal for layovers or early flights. Despite its affordability, the service and facilities exceeded expectations, offering great value for money. If you're traveling through Dubai and need a reliable place to stay near the airport, this hotel is highly recommended!

Location was excellent, There is a Mall next door with Supermarket on site. Did all my shopping there for friends back home . Very convent . Breakfast was phenomenal and included with room rate. They had 2 buffets , One regular with eggs , sliced meats, beef style bacon and all types of fruits , yogurts, cereals, baked goods and multiple selection of breads. The other buffet was Arabic style with humus, olives , Qaboos, pickled veggies and wonderful Arabian delights. Room was super clean and staff very helpful in taking care of all my queries.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The common spaces such as pools and restaurant are well-kept and clean - they match the photos. The breakfast buffet was good too - we liked the possibility of having eggs done by the cook exactly how you like them. The localization is also good - close to everything you need 👌

The rooms could use a bit of renovation, especially the bathroom that had quite a lot of built-up limescale. The bed matress was quite hard and sometimes is was noisy outside in the evenings and early mornings (4 AM) so we didn't sleep that well.

Was near the airport with 24/7 shuttle every 30 minutes. Room was clean and of good size and very comfortable. Excellent for layovers and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next layover.

I wish the breakfast spread was better. When I was there, the shuttle didn't have the Holiday Inn logo like all the other hotel shuttles where the hotel name and logo were clearly displayed on the body of the mini bus. Only has printed paper with hotel name on the windshield and windows. We missed the 1st run.
