The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were 100% their greatest asset. So attentive and kind and accomodatingn, they really improved tge experience further. So close to metro stop and lots of convenience stores. The next stop on the metro is mall of Emirates.

All it would take is some dishwasher liquid and a brush in the kitchen to complete the 4 star experience. Also I kept having to ask for extra towels because they only gave 2 despite the room being booked for 3.

The room was extremely clean and tidy, especially the furniture was very comfy and seemed like new. The hotel is closeby to major attractions in Dubai. Nearby restaurants were also ideal for daily food.

The swimming pool was small, but yet it was enjoyed by my kids.

I loved the location as it is very close to a supermarket that had all i need and the hotel is accessible to the metro which made my movement easier especially that i only stayed for a few days. The hotel and the room was exceptionally clean which i really loved.. Reception team has been very pleasant and accommodating especially Mr. George of the front desk who had been very helpful since day 1.. This will not be the last visit for sure.. Not to mention the corridor smell at the 1st floor was very nice, i loved the scent.. However, i hope i will get the quiet room non smoking at the highest possible floor and away from the street next time. Thank you to all the staffs who kept the hotel clean and smelling fresh..

The only downside is that i had been placed in a room on the 1st floor just above the restaurant and on the edge of the building. I can hear everyone chatting downstairs, there was also a huge tube at the side of the room that creates noise that can be heard inside. And worse, everyday until around 2am, there had been dragging of chairs or furnitures which was so annoying especially when i was trying to sleep late night. They have checked the room above as per reception but they said it might be the restaurant just below my room. I request to please allocate me a room far from the street noise and on a higher nonsmoking floor and to be far away from the restaurant below next time. As i am very sensitive with noise..But in general, stay was great..

The staff did a commendable job of being helpful and maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms. Having a laundry washing machine was a great convenience; however, you have to dry your clothes on the rack provided outside in the balcony. Fortunately, the warm weather in Dubai does ensure that clothes dry pretty quickly. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with easy walking access to the Metro station, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store, making it very convenient for guests. We will stay again here in our next travel opportunity in Dubai.

No coffee and tea set in the room

I like the location of the Radiance Premium Suite because it's closed to Emirates mall and a lot of super markets under the Suite. in overall the room is good with plenty space and couple of channels in the TV and a big thanks for "cleaner" they clean the room daily with deep cleaning.

1) I didn't like to pay 800 dirham to extended my stay for just extra two nights which is 400 dirham per day with out any discounts from the front desk or management. notes i just pay 315 dirham each night through booking.com for 11 nights. 2) Why the front desk didn't inform me about the Tax return how I can register and claim it back. 3) No one inform me about the visitor policy that they are NOT allow to come and visit. 4) advice that the client or the family will stay there signed any paperwork the front desk should give them a copy of it for their reference.

Service on the desk, guardian and the staff - all are very intelligent, friendly, quickly resolve any issues with the room. It is very important that there is a good iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer - this makes a long stay very comfortable.

It would be great if you had a loyalty program for regular customers. Who is staying more than a month or so.

Our family stayed here for 7 nights and it was an amazing experience. We were welcomed by the staff with a smile, they were accomodating, helpful and very friendly. They are always willing to give a hand. The location is perfect and just next to the metro, shops and restaurants. The accomodation is quite clean and presentable and has swimming pool which our family loves. We felt really comfortable like we are staying in our own home I highly recommend this suite and we will definitely stay here again if we return back to Dubai for holiday.

Very convenient location close to a metro station and a 24-hour grocery store with good prices. The apartment was extremely clean and there was a daily thorough cleaning. The housekeeping people even washed our dishes so the fact that there was no dishwasher didn't bother us. The bed was very comfortable and linen was changed daily. We rented the apartment with 2 kids for 2 weeks and it really felt like a 2nd home. There was also ample parking downstairs and a small pool on the roof. I would stay there again.

There was no dishwasher and the kitchen could have more utensils. Frying pan and pan were scratched so we had to buy our own. There was no salad bowl. Knives were all blunt. It's advisable to buy more items for people who come for a short period of time as we were forced to buy them to do basic cooking. There is also absolutely no view and the air-conditioner was quite noisy so bring your earplugs, as you can't sleep without them.

I like the spacious room and living area. Very good for the families with children. But I have noticed that they charged a security deposit of 300 Dirham which I haven't experienced from Dubai hotels. But it's not an issue with me. And must remember no complementary tea and coffee bags available from the hotel. But the kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to bother about the complementary tea and coffee.

I like the area. All what you need is in walking distance. And the most thing I like is the train station which is in walking distance. Just you have to cross the road and you are there.
