We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. It has everything you need and very clean. The staff members are very helpfull, friendly and professional. They always help you and provide you with there best service. We would like too thank them all for giving us the feeling like we are at home. Special thanks too: Shams Tabrez, Abdul Salam, Ashfaaq, Nausath, Kasim, Mukbul, Abdul Mansoor, Ilyas and all the others. Very big thumbs-up for these people! In Shaa Allah we will meet again. Actually I write this review after second stay in this lovely hotel apartment, so it means We did like every single things about this hotel since we booked and arrived to property , from their kind manager and the professional ways he dealt with situations, customer service and their communication before and after we make bookings. The clean and beautiful rooms with lots of facilities which guests can feel like their own home which you can not find it in many other hotels. All staff from receptionists and bell boys , house keeping well polite , educated and helpful, We would like to thank, Galvin , Noshat, Faizan, Mohammad Yaser and totally every single member of the hotel staff. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS GREAT HOTEL APARTMENT TO EVERYONE WHO LIKE TO HAVE LOVELY AND PLEASANT STAY IN DUBAI.

We believe there was nothing to dislike about this hotel apartment as we stayed in there twice in just few weeks time and all my family enjoyed it.

We liked location, very near from metro station, Carrefour at 100m.

Poor address description on booking, there are 2 rose garden apart. in Dubai and taxi drivers take advantage for this situation and charge you 5 times more then a normal ride from airport to rose garden BUR Dubai. As a tourist we don t known that you have 2 ore more location, we don t know what means BUR Dubai. Pls tray to corect and highlight this on your site/location or address description.

We went for a family vacation to Dubai for a week and it became very memorable. Our stay at Rose Garden Hotel Apartment was also a key reason for it. It's very close to Metro Station, Mall, Grocery Shop and Restaurants (Incl. Veg) and very reasonable price wise. The rooms were big, neat and clean. Kitchen was also well equipped with necessary appliances and utensils so we could prepare our food whenever needed. Even the Hotel staff members (especially Mr. Abdur Rafi, Mr. Mohamed and Mr Naushath) were quite supportive and we got very warm welcome & hospitality from them. Special thanks to them for the same. We will recommend this Hotel Apartment to anyone visiting Dubai and want to stay at a pretty decent place.

Friendly helpful staff went out of their way to assist/offer assistance at every opportunity. Apartment was spacious -larger than photos show - with separate bathroom, living and toilet and kitchen including a washing machine - in effect an apartment. Rooms very clean; enormous comfortable bed; great air conditioning; pool on roof a bonus on a hot day; location is excellent as so close to BurJuman Metro stop to get to both airport and main attractions/malls, etc. (only about 5-6 mins if you cut through ground floor of BurJuman Mall). Very good value for money. Would stay again. NOTE: Breakfast was offered but we were too busy and didn't try it.

Location was a great walk within 10mins of burjuman (interchange of red and green line) station. Next to a mall and with many supermarkets otw to metro. Staff were responsive to provide additional items (kitchen dishwashing soap and sponge and help us with unlocking the safe that previous guests locked).

Would be great if all the bedsides had accessible power sockets (there's sufficient but not all were at relaxing distances). The gym was unfortunately closed at 10pm even though we didn't see any signs indicating, would be great if it were opened until later. As part of sustainability, I suggest that the hotel provide reusable bottles in rooms and a water cooler station for refill at the lobby instead of 1.5L disposable plastic bottles daily

Our apartment was very specious (living room with dining area, big kitchen, specious bedroom, bathroom, 2 separate toilets, terrace, etc), allowed us to stay for couple of weeks comfortably with 2 small children. Very good value for money. We spent lot of time in the rooftop pool and sauna, suitable for adults and also for small children (separate pool for toddlers). The location was also great for us, close to Burjuman Mall and metro, easy to reach various locations with short rides, even walking. Furthermost, we really liked the super friendly and helpful staff: Mohamed running around everywhere to make sure, everything is all right, Makbul Sarker and his colleagues cleaning our apartment spotless, also the "pool guy" from Goa (sorry, forgot the name), who made sure that we can fully enjoy our vacation. Nothing to mention, really

The hotel's location is convenient, walking distance to groceries, train station and restaurant. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is appreciated, however one of the bedrooms' AC was not cool and relied on the living room AC. The staff was polite and that the service was fast. The unit is comfortable and clean is definitely a positive aspect, especially for families. Overall, the hotel provides is acceptable and value for money.

The swimming pool may not be suitable for kids due to it's to small size. Additionally, the basement parking area also to small could pose challenges, but there are public parking options available around the corner.

The place is kind of pricey but I was overall happy. My studio room had a kitchenette (I didn’t use) with all cooking items, electric water kettle, and microwave. The refrigerator is huge, at least for a hotel. And the hot water is HOT! Good thing I realized it right away. The elevator is modern and fast. And the staff were all friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like is the Wi-Fi. it was alright for minor use (checking emails) but unusable for anything video-related. So I couldn’t upload even a 5-second video onto my blog.
