Our stay was incredible as always! We are coming here for several years. Hotel is near the mall, metro, supermarket ect. On walking distance. It's very central to everything. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. It has everything you need and very clean. The staff members are very helpfull, friendly and professional. They always help you and provide you with there best service. We would like too thank them all for giving us the feeling like we are at home. Special thanks too: Shams Tabrez, Abdul Salam, Ashfaaq, Nausath, Kasim, Mukbul, Abdul Mansoor, Ilyas and all the others. Very big thumbs-up for these people! In Shaa Allah we will meet again. Salaam!

Great location

A little dated and not all facilities in a great state

The Location to the metro & mall. Just walkable distance. Not even 10 min walk. A lot of options to choose from for restaurants. The staffs were really helpful. I mean they went their way to help us a lot when our child was sick. About their food, I don't know cause I did not choose it. I feel all Hotels usually have the same menu for brekfast. If you ask me would I go back, the answer is yes.

1. The Ac temprature in the room though turning it off was very cold. I did whatever I know to make the room to a Temp that we wanted but to no vail. 2. The rooms were a bit dusty. Though the housekeeping team did their best, the rooms did not feel clean. Might have being because I keep the balcony door open because of point 1. 3. Kitchen utenlis had limitations.

Close to Burjuman mall which is good spot for Access to Food Court, shopping and travelling across Dubai using Metro or Taxi.

The size is great for family but most importantly the service was warm and excellent. The team is very responsive it’s amazing . My whole family wants to stay there each time they go to Dubai and we have already recommended our family to stay there. It’s indeed two minutes away from BURJUMAN center and the metro and their service is for World Cup … I will stay there again . The beds are very comfortable and the space is great and very clean

The first time we entered the Hosue had a scent which wasn’t fresh but it later wore off. Also the fridge was old and not working well but as soon as we validated this after a few days they replaced the fridge and we were very delighted.

The most important selling point of this underrated hotel is its People. Their staff is the gold mine. I hope they would not change how they treat their guests. Special shoutout to Mubarak. He offered welcome drink when i was at the reception, i felt his sincerity as he was smiling nicely while speaking to me. I went there solo that day, it was my birthday and i just want to rest the whole weekend. When i arrived that evening, they arranged my room with balloons ànd gave fruit basket as gift, which was so unexpected, made my day. Thank you Mubarak and one name in the paper, Abdul if i remember it right. I liked this place better than the overpriced ones. Clean room, location wise its perfect - backside of burjuman mall.. everything i need is there. I hope more people discovers this gem of a hotel.

I have been staying in this Hotel for last 3 years whenever I visit Dubai. The location is wonderful given its access to all main places and access to the mall and metro. Staff is really wonderful and they extended all their help to ensure our stay is seamless especially when we have 2 small kids. Special thanks to Tun and Kasim for going above and beyond their duties and extending all their timely assistances to book taxies, managing our breakfast and facilitating smooth check-in/out with the warm smiles.

The breakfast options are bit limited and some of the refilling items like egg and omelette were not available even though breakfast time is up to 10:30am.

Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Bur Dubai was the perfect place from which to explore Dubai. Very comfortable and warm Apartments. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, buses and the Central Station. and guess what! all of that was with best affordable value for the money. So, for sure I will certainly be back. We were a Big Family (8 persons) with kids. I rent 2 studies apartments, they upgraded 1 of them to 1 bedroom apartment for free 😍😍.
