Breakfast was included in the price.I had an evening meal on the night of arrival. 3 courses and drink and coffee for £45.00 well worth the money.Nothing was too much for all of the colleagues I met. Very helpful arranging a Taxi for my event I was attending.Good knowledge of the area.

Lovely weather for the wedding. However the next day it was very wet. Not their fault.

Beautiful little village. An extremely picturesque pub. We were very happy with our choice of overnight accommodation. Amazing food. Lovely period room. A dog friendly area for breakfast, and they were even brought a sausage each x

The restaurant was full, so initially we were told we couldn’t eat dinner, even though we had a room booked. I had to ask if we could eat in our room, this wasn’t offered. As it turned out there were some seats outside at the front, so we sat there and ate as it wasn’t rainy.

Everything was perfect except the lighting, it was too dark in room and had dim lights. A tip for anyone staying in Buck needing to do makeup, take a chair into the bathroom and do infront of window with the supplied portable mirror

The hotel is Van in a wonderful location central in the village. The place itself is warm and welcoming and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful

The bedroom was small and cramped and on the outside corner of the building so it was noisy. A bit disappointing although it was partially my fault as I had taken the cheapest option

Great location, nice room and parking available.

There's plenty road noise but that was expected since it's on the main thoroughfare. My only criticism, the internal noise in the morning from doors opening and closing maybe the cleaning staff could wedge most whilst completing their jobs.

The hotel was very handy for a wedding we were attending, staff are extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was impeccably clean and was comfortable and warm. The 2 ladies who were serving at breakfast were lovely and friendly.

Lovely friendly staff. Restaurant was busy but the food was excellent and great value for money.

The room was lovely with a very spacious bathroom. The actual room was quite small with very small windows and was quite claustrophobic. Saying that it was very comfortable.

The breakfast was superb, all cooked to order with slight variations no problem e.g. swapping poached eggs for scrambled etc... The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed.

There could have been a bit more light in the bedroom especially at the dressing table.

We have eaten here before a few times but never stayed over It was just perfect for a wedding that we attended and such a lovely little village Loved hearing the church bells

Well there was a continuous noise that could be heard like generator maybe ! Didn’t bother my husband he slept like baby but I’m a light sleeper and it took me hours before I fell a sleep

Great stay yet again . comfortable rooms ,very friendly staff and amazing food by chef and owner Michael . A special mention too for Rebecca who is the delightful glue who keeps it all together .It is always a treat to stay at this special place.
