Hotel was very very clean and well maintained. Location is close to train station and great for accessing the city center and tourist locations in bath. Having a complimentary breakfast was of great benefit. They took my notes on allergies seriously and were gracious to let me check in earlier based on availability because my flight arrived in the morning.

The day I was going out and asked both the cleaner on the floor and reception to have the room serviced but came back to see it wasn’t done. I eventually got full cleaning done the next day though.

Great location, well laid out and comfortable room, it had everything and more than I was expecting. Very comfortable bed and wonderful towels. The bathroom was well supplied and had plenty of washing things available. TV was great. Breakfast was good value for money, they catered very well for a large amount of people. Liked the fact they had notices about busy times and when to come if you wanted a quieter breakfast

Could have done with chair instead of the seating it had which was a little too low. There were no instructions in the room so the air conditioning was a bit tricky to work out, but otherwise it was excellent.

I highly recommend this modern, lovely & quiet hotel with beautiful view at our room. The location is so convenient. It has easy access to everywhere in Bath. It’s 7-min walk from the Bath Spa train station & or the Bath Bus Station if you take the routes crossing to the opposite of the stations & walk thru the shopping streets. It’s less than 3-min walk to the Thermae Bath Spa & lots of attractions. There’s also a cinema two blocks always. Nice restaurants, pubs & supermarkets are in very close proximity. The breakfast was delicious & abundant. Staff were polite & friendly! We had a v pleasant happy stay & will surely come back again

Overall it's a good hotel and I'd recommend it for a short stay in Bath for loads of reasons. Very helpful staff, happy for us to keep luggage behind desk before check in and after check out which was useful for exploring. Mentioned we'd recently got engaged and found a few delightful surprises in our room (plus a room upgrade). Breakfast food provision tasted good (scrambled egg, sausages, etc) although something vital missing which will be mentioned under dislikes.

No bacon at breakfast!? Very disappointed in that. Also the drinks were terrible although that seems to be pretty standard in all hotel breakfasts unfortunately. Juices are basically dirty water, hot chocolate was also just dirty water. Only acceptable thing was tea but that's because you make it yourself rather than it coming from a machine.

This hotel exceeded my expectations.. The location right in the centre of Bath city was already a big plus being walking distance to shops supermarkets and restaurants.. The room size was good and beds were super comfy plus breakfast was already included.. we rented a car and there was ample public parking just 100-200m from the hotel.. we would definitely stay here again

It was generally good but just a heads up if you plan to leave luggage at the hotel before your check in/after check out.. only 1 piece of luggage per person is free.. more than that you will be charged a small fee per luggage

The bed was comfortable to sleep on and the room was air conditioned. The bedroom and bathroom were up to a good standard of cleanliness.

There was a limited choice for the cooked breakfast it was not a full English. No option for cooked porridge if you wanted it The first two days we were there breakfast time was chaotic no organisation. It is a health and safety issue when there are people trying to get to their table with food or hot drinks and someone is walking very close to them with their suitcases. There could easily be an accident with spillage of hot drinks or food onto someone if they are not looking where they are going. The eating area needs to be separate from reception and lift area

The location is excellent - super easy to get around to all the sites. The breakfast was okay but I would have expected a bit better for a hotel of this quality. Spacious room - even the "twin" beds were big! Wonderful shower. Really nice lounge area downstairs with lots of seating and plugs for devices.

Breakfast was crowded and not much variety (rolls, etc., could be offered, not just plain sliced bread; different cheeses would be nice; fruit salad did not seem fresh). Also, the toilet did not work well and for this reason at least the bathroom should be equipped with a toilet brush!

Breakfast good - hot and I believe essentially traditional English style. Glad that it seems like it is like real food cooked in a real kitchen and not just microwaved. Could use a little more variety and fruit, but this breakfast is a very welcome return to what I expect from hotels who advertise that breakfast is included.

The room I bought was "mobility accessible" and I did not know what that meant when I bought it. What room is not mobility accessible? It cost a little more and I assumed it was a slightly upgraded room, or something a little better than the normal room. When I got to the room I realized what had happened, and was glad that the next day I was given a different room, and since I had paid more than the normal queen room, they gave me the upgraded queen room, which was excellent, and much appreciated. Thank you for that.

Could have been much better quality. No bran flakes or good bread, no prunes or fresh oranges or grapefruit. Even tinned would have been better than the unripe pineapple and melon. Baked beans far too sweet. Try Heinz sugarless. A lot of very sweet stuff. A poor example of a good English breakfast. Service very good and seating good. Single beds excellent. Would have liked two chairs rather than one. Had two very nice, simple evening meals in hotel. Very good chicken curry and the baked Camembert was good. Service very good.

Baked beans were too sweet at breakfast. More fibre needed. Some good fresh brown bread, for instance.

Breakfast was plentiful. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful. The room, particularly the bathroom, was very clean. The shower was very good, and there was a generous supply of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The drinks and bar snacks were competitively priced.

It was a surprise at breakfast that no bacon was offered, and the sausages had a slightly cheap, saveloy taste. The beans were too dried out from sitting too long on the hot plate without being changed. Only basic sliced bread was available and it needed three passes through the belt toaster before it was toasted. There is very little storage space for those who are staying more than one night. The air-con was too fierce and we needed to turn it off every time we entered the room (it comes on by default). The toilet paper was cheap and flimsy
