Toast at breakfast was made from very nice granary bread. The “full English” breakfast for my partner was deemed very nice and substantial. Breakfast morning two (Day 2). Lady who was serving was ready 100% as breakfast period began. Coffee was piping hot this time and much nicer that Day One. Our room overlooked the tee-off area and patio and scenery was very green and relaxing. Noise/music from Patio on the Saturday night (about which we had been forewarned) was not excessive and ended by midnight. We loved the Velux windows that opened up onto a small balcony. Kettle/tea/coffee in the room was a lovely touch.

Breakfast morning one (Day 1): Not all breakfast items were ready/laid out when we arrived. I would have appreciated the offer of a 2nd cup of coffee as the first one was not quite piping hot.

Wow what can I say absolutely incredible from start to finish , the views from the room are stunning it’s so peaceful also ! Room was absolutely amazing and spotless ! Pure white walls no marks no finger prints carpet spotless shower room stunning ! Breakfast and coffee incredible! Beds comfy :) fixtures beautiful and classy ! Outstanding all staff so friendly :) thank you :) will be returning !

It was all positive - I’d like to see a vending machine if only for bottled water and drinks :) as not many shops local walking that we could find :)

One of the rare hotels that offers yo breakfast as a "pay as you eat" rather than assuming you want the full works. Makes it more appealing for those of us who eat a light breakfast. View over the golf course was great, facilities great.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. I mentioned it to a member of staff who took a look and could not get it to work and was going to bring a fan up but it never materialised. Fortunately we were meeting friends for dinner but it is not very clear on the website that there are no evening meals available after 5:00

Clean and spacious. Good shower and quality equipment (kettle, cups etc) ideal for using the room as a bedroom. interesting design within the mansard form of roof.

Design meant a mansard/rooflight with restricted view. Room therefore fine for sleeping in but not ideal for staying in. Limited time for relaxing in the bar as it closed at 8.00pm. Light by the bed could have been brighter for reading.

We stayed in Room 2 which was a spacious room and looked over the golf course, so a lovely green view. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the room during the heatwave! Lovely quiet location. No real noise after 9.30 pm. Staff were very friendly and helpful, so much so that we booked into the place the following week for 5 nights. A reasonable range of breakfast options, including for vegans, cooked to order so it was nice and fresh and hot. The choice of sitting inside or on the terrace for meals or drinks.

We weren't aware of a lift access to the bedroom we stayed in but the staff offered to help carry our luggage up the stairs but we managed alright ourselves. It didn't really detract from our enjoyment of staying there.

Lovely views, quiet location, good breakfast cooked to order and pleasant staff. Well appointed, airy and light bedroom.

As it is primarily a golf club everything closes around 8.30pm including reception, food and drink availability, and nowhere to sit thereafter apart from your bedroom. The bathroom is too dark for my taste, having a black and chrome decor and the floor is very slippery when wet.

Beautiful surroundings, and a gorgeous water fountain, which was lovely to listen to when out on the balcony. Air con in the room. The wet room style shower had a rainfall head, which are the best, in my opinion. Tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room. There was even a little sewing kit. The room had been thought out to give guests little extras, which was nice. We even enjoyed having a go at the on site driving range, reasonably priced for the balls (golf clubs borrowed for free). Car park was a very good size, so there was always plenty of space, even with the additional cars from members playing golf. Staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The general area was lovely too.

The balcony was small and there weren't chairs in the room that would fit out of the balcony door. Small foldable chairs would be nice to sit outside on, rather than just be able to stand outside.

Lovely setting, easy and plentiful parking, a clean, tidy and very comfortable room which was great. Very good value for money which felt a lot more luxurious than what I'd spent on staying there!! Staff helpful but they need clearer signage for hotel guests as it's not set up for that at all.

Surprised there was no reception option and limited time to check in upon arrival. There needs to be some signage at the location to let people staying as hotel guests know where to go and what to do. There was such limited information I just had to ask people around me. If the Golf club had been closed I've no idea how easy it would've been to check in and get some help. This should be made clearer before you book as well as upon booking with signage at the "hotel".

good location - handy for Bewdley and Stourport. plenty of free parking. room clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Good shower. Good quality tea and coffee in room plus biscuits. Powerful hairdryer.

Bathroom is badly designed and thought out. Due to sloping roof it was impossible to stand and take a pee without head touching ceiling. Sink also on wrong side of room. Mirror is behind you not over sink.

Great View, Air Con in the room was very much heaven send. Breakfast was one of the nicest we ever had. The 24-hour receptionist was very lovely and made no fuss about letting us in around midnight after we left our keys in our room by mistake.

Nothing to comment on, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will stay again when in the area.
