Rooms were nice, location was close to plenty of attractions. Bar looked nice and the breakfast quick service.

The layout was slightly confusing, but I was quite drunk for the majority so that can also be blamed on me. Outside doesn't look very attractive, and staff were sometimes absent.

Booked a last minute stay here for Wednesday night! Arrived after 3pm and was given our keys by two lovely staff members who were very helpful. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was big too also the whole room was very clean, we went out for our evening and returned after 10pm. We couldnt work the tv and the hotel manager was straight up to fix it for us! Thursday morning we headed down for breakfast and i must say it was an excellent spread! Table service, tea coffee and fruit juice on tap. The food was all cooked lovely and they even had coco pops for my little girl. The hotel was 10/10 and next time we come we will be booking with them again! The hotel was situated a five minute walk from coral island and the tower! So many shops round about and plenty to do. Street was quiet at night and we were in front room across from winter gardens and live darts were on. We expected some noise however there wasnt any! Fantastic value for money. Thank you for a lovely comforting stay!

very pleasantly surprised for a very economic hotel our expectations were not very high but the arncliffe really delivered very much higher than we could have hoped for. staff were brilliant and very friendly/helpful it was very evident that new decor in the way of new carpets and freshly painted areas had recently been invested in. the room was very clean and beds comfortable with a spotless bathroom. plus simply amazing breakfast for the price!!

Very friendly personnel. Always smiling and asking if everything is OK. Lots of fresh towels. Toilet rolls always available. Great breakfast every morning with unlimited coffee and juices (apple and orange). Very close to town center and Winter Gardens.

Bathroom main light doesn't worked. Reported straight after arrival, but bulb not replaced. Under mirror shelf missing, so most of the cosmetics kept in plastic bags in suitcase.

This place exceeded my expectations tenfold. Incredible value for money, great staff, breakfast included and in an amazing location. We chose the most basic of rooms and still thought it was amazing for the money.

Walls are quite thin but most guests were quiet and we couldn't hear anyone except the people above us who were arguing. We spoke to staff and they were told to quiet down by staff and the next morning we were offered a free night's stay for having our sleep disturbed, which we were incredibly grateful for.

At breakfast the staff and chef went out of their way to make my breakfast of scrambled eggs. Even though it was not on the menu. The cooked breakfast arrived hot and when our table asked for more toast it arrived. The oy criticism that we do have is when we asked for extra butter it never arrived.

By the waiter bringing our tea and coffee to the rable like they did to other tables instead of making us do it ourselves.

Everything lovley hotel very clean breakfast was lovely mangers tom lucy went out of there way for us nothing was to much for them staff silvester the night poter was outstanding made us feel like we was at home couldnt do enough for us very polite lad thank you tom lucy silvester and cleans from linda and Michelle room 14

Everything was fine and I think the breakfast was amazing.Every one who worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again. The price we found online was incredible for such a well run hotel

One small gripe was the room we had was very susceptible to surrounding noise.At times it felt like everyone coming in was coming into the room next to us and there was building works somewhere near that started early. However I really won't expect more for what we paid having experienced exactly the same in a number of Blackpool hotels. Anyway....who comes to Blackpool to sleep?!?

Staff were really friendly and very approachable. Had gluten free options for me for breakfast. The room we stayed in was really big and very clean. Amazing views of the tower aswell. Definitely will stay here again.

The lift wasn't working but we were on the 1st floor and are able to use the stairs. Would have liked if there was a chair in the room but apart from this everything else was amazing.
