A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it completely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its excellent location, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the staff – they were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or just a warm smile, they truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. The bar and sitting area quickly became my favorite spots to unwind. It was such a cozy and inviting space where I could relax after a long day, enjoy a drink, and soak in the pleasant atmosphere. It genuinely added to the joy of my trip. Another standout feature was the morning breakfast – it had such a warm, homemade feel to it. The selection was great, and the quality was even better. It felt just like home, and that comfort is something I truly appreciated. Although I had originally booked a different hotel for my trip, I’m so glad I switched to this one. This property completely changed my mind, and I know I’ll be returning here in the future.

Everything, literally everything. The proprietor was nothing but obliging and attentive, i could not believe how bright and stylish the decor was in my room but also the effort put into the decor of the property itself was warm and welcoming, sadly over the years my memories of Blackpool have become more negative but because of my stay here it became a little more positive. I would confidently recommend the place to any of my friends and family gladly. And anyone else who cares to listen. Beautiful place run by a beautiful lady.

The location is excellent for central Blackpool, the staff where warm and welcoming and great with the kids. The room was clean and cosy. The guests in the hotel were respectful of families staying there. It's a great place for everyone wanting to stay.

The heating was on which made the room too warm, having the window open was no good as the music from neighbouring hotels was loud. The breakfast wasnt amazing and tinned mushrooms are a no on a breakfast, some of the tables where also dirty from previous sittings.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and tidy. There is a lift. The accommodation was very reasonably priced. Any issues are resolved immediately.

Be mindful of noise because of the location, this isn't the hotels fault, and when the windows are closed it reduces the noise. The property is a little dated with some repairs needed and this is reflected in the room rate, staff and management work very hard to ensure guests needs are met.

The bed was comfy, and the staff was welcoming a great location to the beach.

Could do with updating, but new people have taken it over, and I'm sure they will do their very best to get this hotel more dated. Good luck to the new owners, and we hope to see you next year,

Lovely clean hotel, staff are friendly, rooms are big enough, with space to put your clothes etc.. the bed was so comfy, close to the main town centre this hotel is situated right behind coral island, mc donalds is on the corner. We thought check out was 10.30am but it was 10am so we had a knock at the door at 10.20am to notify us we needed to leave due to the room being cleaned ready for the next guests, but it's a fab hotel will stay again.

The managers were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Honestly, the managers couldn't do enough for the guests and already booked to go back next year for Rebellion. The hotel is also in a great location, literally 5 minute walk to Winter Gardens.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The outside location is outstanding, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a perfect setting. Lovely staff , comfortable and clean rooms with coffee making facilities and tv . Comfortable beds, good bathroom with decent shower. Great bar area although we didn’t use it . Good location for town centre and 5 mins walk from the front .

Would be nice to have breakfast but I was told by owner that this is happening soon - they are new management . I wish them well
