clean and comfortable. great addition of mini fridge very welcomed and also tea and coffee facilities. warm room with good curtains blocking out the light and plenty of space for everything. breakfast was delicious with sufficient choice. quiet B&B at night which is fantastic and much welcomed for a good nights sleep.

For the price would’ve been nice to have finishing touches a bit more smooth eg walls/shower cubicle etc but all minor and just in comparison to previous stays for same price elsewhere.

A warm welcome from the owner, who explained clearly about the hotel. The reception hall was light and bright and smelt fresh. The room we got was large, very clean with space to hang clothes. There was room to move around the beds easily. A lovely welcome tray with tea/coffee water etc. An added bonus was being able to see the Blackpool Tower. Breakfast gave us plenty of choice of foods to eat.

Was recommended this place by friends and it was perfect location for our needs, great breakfast, and friendly staff/owner. Would definitely book again for same event next year. The room was gorgeous.

Only negative was that I couldn't get the shower to give hot water, but I wasn't bothered by that too much as we only stayed one night. Didn't report the shower though as thought it may have just been down to everyone else had one in the morning.

The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and tidy. I was able to check in quickly with no hassle. This B&B is located on a quiet street very near Blackpool Tower, so the location is very good. This is a good, basic B&B. Nothing luxurious but I was happy with a clean basic room. While the room was not large, it was perfectly adequate.

The location is excellent close to Winter Gardens with two car parks close by. Easily accessible for all the attractions. Breakfast had an excellent choice with a huge welcome pot of tea. Full English cooked Breakfast highly recommended. Beautifully decorated comfortable bedroom with tea & coffee making facilities & a nice hot shower in the bathroom. Thank You.

We could only stay 1 night due to work commitments. Plan to stay at least 2 next time.

Location and proximity to the Winter Gardens was first class. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Decent bathroom for such a small budget hotel. Breakfast was very good and really exceeded my expectations.

Only minor critiscm was there was no draught beer in the bar and it closed at 11pm on a weekend, but can understand the reasoning.

John the owner very polite on arrival, Breakfast was nice & tasty , table slightly small for everything to fit. Clean room - smelt fresh, good power shower. Bar on premises.

Top floor, stairs slightly steep. Small bathroom - toilet right up against the sink. No parking outside, but find space at local carpark £10-12 per 24 hours.

The host was great and very accommoatdated. I would star hear again.

The room with a double bed was very comfortable. Bath room next to bedroom. Toilet separate. All to myself. Breakfast was great. Didn't find anything to complain about. Thank you for a great stay.

We have stayed at the Adelaide lodge twice. The standards of the hotel and the staff have not altered at all. We was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. We were asked to wear a mask and use sanitiser while in the communal areas of the hotel to protect us and other guests. All areas of the hotel are very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and they even catered for veggies even though we had not given any prior warning. The hotel could not Be better situated for the winter gardens or a walk along the piers . Would I stay anywhere else in Blackpool?? Not if the Adelaide lodge had vacancies!

Friendly welcome, nice, roomy and very clean rooms, quiet until I opened the window at 6am and heard lots of noise from the roadies at winter Gardens, closed the window and heard nothing again. Really good sleep Good breakfast, cooked to order Helpful 'store your baggage' on the day of departure and the owner was more concerned about our bags than we were.. Would come again, very central to the types of bars we like
