Room was comfortable and I had been upgraded to a double room, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were very helpful and answered any queries I had. Didn't mind when I locked my key in my room.

Could do with some upgrading, but after covid I guess thats a hard thing to do in the current climate. This is perhaps being a little "picky".

Room was small (but expected for a single) though it was well laid out that it didnt "feel" small. Location was good, close to the Winter Gardens and although during the day seemed to be on a busy road, was very quiet at night.

Did have a bit of trouble getting into the shower due to the layout of the doors, ok I guess for the average person but I am of a larger build. Didnt stay for breakfast as it was a bit cheaper in the cafe down the road, I get sometimes it more convenient to stay in if you are there for a while, but we were checking out anyway.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, best I've had in these kind of Blackpool B&Bs and hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful, from the check-in staff to the breakfast servers and the night porter. Location was perfect for the Winter Gardens and Tower area of town.

Only a couple of minor things, the bathroom was awkwardly small for a big bloke, and the plug socket next to the bed didn't work.

Megan, the hotel manager was absolutely excellent couldn’t thank her enough for making our stay so much better! We lost my friends ID and she has searched the hotel for it and contacted me to give us it back! She is a fantastic asset to the team! Well done and thank you for a fab stay!

The breakfast staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice the night door man was very good with and helpful

I did tell the front desk that there was no plug for the wash basin they said they would tell the room cleaner’s but it was never done and my warter beaker was took away and not replaced but it wasn’t a reason to. Not say anything about the enjoyment of my stay and I would return back again most definitely

As soon as we entered we were met by a lovely lady (Karen) nothing was a bother for her. Answered all queries I had, polite, and friendly. Even when leaving, her standards didn't slip and was still very friendly. The room was clean and made ready for us arriving.

Very limited street parking.

Handy for the town centre and the seafront. About a fifteen mins walk from the train station. Good breakfast and approachable staff. Not expensive to stay there. Good to have tea and coffee making facilities

It certainly wasn't a room with a sea view. or any view apart from the wall opposite..
