i liked the location it was short walk to sea front and coral island . buffet breakfast was good and plenty of choice . owner on reception very chatty and friendly the property also has a lift. shower water was lovely and hot

No parking - however there are a few near by car parks to chose from - recommend to arrive early for parking . wi-fi signal very unpredictable while we stayed here . The hotel was clean but starting to look a bit worn and dated throughout the hotel as well as rooms and bathrooms. shower cubical small not suitable if you are a bit bigger in size.

Host very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Even after we had checked out, allowed us to leave our luggage to give us extra hours before the coach left. We would definitely go back.

If we really wanted to be picky, the bar wasn't open on our return in the evening. However we were very late.

Made very welcome. Shown to a lovely sized room . Slight problem with the toilet which we reported and a solution was found right away.bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of variety available.will definitely be returning.hosts lovely and friendly and the staff team working there

The Was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to talk to. The Location was perfect and easy walk to the pier and water. Shopping and restaurants right in the area.

The Beds need to be replaced. They are too soft and you roll into the middle. Free parking is not available and is expensive.

Great location and an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff who went out of their way to meet our needs. Secure hotel in great location. The room was heated to a comfortable temperature and there was plenty of hanging space for clothes. We have dietary needs and we were well catered for, with no hint of it seeming like we were causing a bother (which we had felt elsewhere). Lovely people who gave us a warm welcome and really seem to care about their guests. For the money we paid the hospitality was outstanding. I think the value for money is fantastic, and ok whilst the fabric of the room is a bit tatty everything is clean and it all worked and did the job!

Decor and furnishings a little tired and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly. However the bed, whilst soft, was comfortable and the linens and pillows were fresh and clean. The room was well maintained with everything working as it should. The bathroom was very bijou but that really wasn’t a problem for us.

Owners very welcoming. Nice clean room with on suite, breakfast good hot or cold options available. Location to shops & amenities brilliant. Parking outside if a space is available especially for disabled guests. lift to all floors. Bar on main floor.

Bedside lamp would have been helpful. Walking from door to bed in the dark to turn off main light.

.From the moment we walked in we was given a very warm welcome..very informative about facilities...etc..shown to our room which was really nice bright and clean..then the next morning our 5 star breakfast...all well organised..with fresh hot buffet..and such very friendly staff..Our thanks to them all..We will definitely be back in the near future...Oh I forgot to mention the lift which was an added bonus...Thanks again..x

Great location. Room comfortable and clean. Spacious bathroom. Very good breakfast with variety of choice. Nice to come back to comfy place after all day out. All staff was lovely and helpful. Thank you for lovely stay.

The hosts were friendly and happy to help with any request, as were the housekeeping team. Rooms very clean. Location close to Tower and beach.

Nothing negative and I wouldn't change anything, everybody very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
