The hotel was easy to find and is located within walking distance of the arcades, shops, tower and the train station. The building in general seemed to be in a good state and my room and other guest accessible areas like the bar and breakfast room seemed clean and tidy and with tasteful decor. My room, while modest in size, met my needs for my short stay and had more than sufficient supplies of tea/coffee and toilet paper etc. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, way more than I had imagined beforehand, kept me going until mid-afternoon. I save the best for last, what made this hotel really stand out for me is the people working there, all very friendly and incredibly welcoming.

We had a beautiful 1 nights stay at Tudor Rose, the view of the tower from our window was incredible, especially at night when it was all lit up. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I'm a fussy eater as well but this was by far the best breakfast I've had in Blackpool. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcome. The whole place smelt amazing and was clean. Mandy the host was really easy to talk to and again met all our needs. Really enjoyed our stay. Me and my boyfriend had a really nice romantic getaway and the tudor rose made it more special.

We had a problem with shower, it kept running cold but wasn't a major issue as only used it once. The WiFi and telly didn't work as we were high up but we didn't really need to use it and the view of the tower made up for it anyway

Room quite small & very dark with just 1 very narrow window, very noisy on a morning couldn't reach the little push out window to close it. Facilities say free toiletries but was only just 2 small soaps no shampoo/bodywash in shower. Also no hairdryer.

We stayed for 1 night, on arrival was greeted by Mandy, who was very welcoming. Our room was on the top floor, it is a long way up, but was very quiet. Had all the facilities we needed, bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic, 2 minutes walking distance to main attractions, only thing is no parking, but the carpark is at the bottom of the road. Breakfast was lovely, and very efficient. Will definitely stay again. Lovely little B&B.

Couldn't fault anything. Everything was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We have 2 children with additional needs and the owners and staff made them, and us, feel at ease. They were all fabulous. The breakfast was next level out of this world, even went out of their way to have in breakfast for our picky eater. Definitely recommend and Definitely coming back!

The hosts Mandy & Ged were very friendly and welcoming The breakfast staff were very attentive, polite and courteous. Breakfast was amazing which sets you up for the day. The hotel was clean enough and centrally located.

The only negative Unfortunately we were placed in room 8 which was a pleasant enough room however one of the double beds was situated next to the door which had water pipes running down. For several hours at night and in the mornings we were awoken with the sound of running water, not ideal with young kids. I would consider placing insulating foam around the pipes and boxing them in to reduce the noise caused by the running water.

Very comfortable. Was like a home from home. The owners were brilliant hosts - couldn’t do enough for us. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Property was spotless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable base in Blackpool.

The location was spot on. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend Tudor Rose to my friends.

We would have preferred a twin room. I understand that there isn't any, but we were told they had them in the apartments next door, so we would book that next time. .

The staff are lovely and so helpful. We were there for a dance competition and made breakfast early or a packed breakfast. Great location for Tower and Winter Gardens.

Rooms were very hot but it is summer and outside hotels control.

The facilities were fantastic. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. It exceeded expectations. Mandy and staff were fantastic and so accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Hot and fresh and came out quick. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
