I had a fantastic stay at this family-run hotel! The service was excellent, and the facilities were great. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and how safe I felt throughout my stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained. The on-site pub and bar were great additions, and I loved that I could buy snacks whenever I needed. The games room was a brilliant touch, especially the pinball machine! The highlight for me was the Tower Burger – freshly made from scratch and absolutely delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave! The hotel had such a great atmosphere, and I was really enjoying my stay. Everything was so well-run, and the people were lovely. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is a friendly run hotel connor is very polite and helpful always willing to chat with the guest's whenever. It is very clean hotel, very close to everything especially winter gardens and the tower just a 2mintues walk to coral island and the piers. Beds were always made everyday with freshing bedding and fresh towels for us and the bin cleaned everyday. It has an American style restaurant on site with all home made burgers, we didn't have breakfast but we had evening meal and the burgers are amazing especially the jack Daniels burger. There's a bar which is stocked up with every single drink going. Has pool table, arcade games and mini vending machine in the restaurant. Our room was very small but we did only book a small double room (if the bed wasn't high we would of had no storage for the suitcases)

Every time you moved on the bed it felt like it was going to calaspe. The staircases are quite narrow to get up with suitcases Not much storage in the small double room

Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Nice room, definitely just a single though. Price remarkable, even for the area which tends to be very affordable anyway. Everything clean, and I liked the electronic door keys, no fumbling around to get in. Good Smart TV which was a welcome surprise. Convenient for the beach and town centre. About 15 minutes walk to the railway station.

Not the best area in Blackpool, but you're not far off the main drag so it's not a problem. Would have liked a chair in the room but appreciate there isn't enough space for one. No toiletries supplied except hand wash, not a complaint just advice for anyone planning a visit. Weather was disappointing but I can't blame the hotel for that!

Exterior, very appealing, modern and well kept. Interior, going through a renovation but what has been renovated so far was lovely and modern. The room was clean, modern decor and quite spacious for a family room. They provided hair dryer and towels. The reception room had a tv, music available and a great selection of beverages and snacks, which is great when you have children! They had a great selection of food available to order off the menu, which had an American feel to and tasted really good. There was also a games room/ dining area - which would keep the kids/big kids entertained whilst you are back at the hotel.

We have stayed before and was going to be our only choice to stay. Connor who owns it is amazing. They are wonderful and the room is always clean and perfect for a few nights stay. They make amazing burgers and have a licensed bar. Our kids love it and its minutes walk to the arcades, town centre, tower and Winter Gardens. Connor genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay which we haven’t had that experience in Blackpool in other places. We will be staying there every time we are in town which is 2-3 times a year

The best hotel in Blackpool! Been coming to Blackpool 20 years, 3/4 times a year and always stay in a different hotel. After staying here this weekend with the kids, We wont bother going anywhere else. The hotel is great, the owner & all staff are lovely, and the burgers are amazing!!! We ended up staying another night, the room with the triple bunk is ideal for us, even though our oldest didn't end up coming this time, we know if he does come next time they have a room big enough. We just hope they can fit a cot in it for us next time as well have one extra 🤞 The arcade games downstairs for the kids are a great addition too, and a bar that's actually open when it says it is!

Warm and welcoming hotel the lad that works there is so helpful down to earth the hotel was lovely and clean the room was a pretty good size to say there was 5 in one room and the kids loved there triple bunkbeds the other 2 rooms I booked was also clean comfortable showers had good pressure I liked the games room I was worried about not having a kettle in the room but the brew machine worked great and it’s a nice coffee plenty of cups and was able to get a brew when ever I needed reasonable prices as well they do make food as well i personally didn’t buy food but the menu looked good and was good prices and there on just eat so quite a busy kitchen I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again I don’t usually stay in that part of Blackpool very close to centre

There nothing I didn’t like

My little boy loved how friendly the staff were, the games room at the back was perfect for him, not too overwhelming and big enough for him to have a good selection to play on, we were on the top floor which was really warm, but it is summer so not any fault of the staff or hotel. It's a perfect location to everything we needed, 5 minute walk to the front, even with little legs, you can also see the tower from the bottom of the road which was a big hit for my little guy 😊 The hotel was clean and I had no issues with anything, the staff let us know what we needed to and always has a friendly face nearby. We didn't try the food but did see a family eating there, and it smelt lovely, so we will definitely be trying the food next time.

I could be picky and say there could have been a chair in the room, but thats just my achey body talking. My little boy loved it so much we are definitely coming back again, with or without a chair 😊

Great location outstanding modern hotel beautiful rooms lovely furniture everything stands outs the hotel smell beautiful from moment you touch enter nothing is to much always happy to help staff and owner are incredible great asset to Blackpool offering many facilities from food to games to hot drinks to even amazing alcohol drink selections and plenty of yummy food options dident get to try with only stoping the 1 night fully recommended keep up the amazing food work thank you again for looking after me and my family

That I couldn’t stay longer as they so popular was fully booked will be returning

The location is great for attractions and links to trams and buses. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Let us drop our bags there before check in and leave them there after check out so we didnt have to carry them during the first and last days. Really informative about everything hotel has to offer. Always checking how you are etc when you see them around the hotel. Little touches like the mints and water in the room. The burger menu is brilliant and the one we had was amazing! and great bar selection. The room with the arcade machines, thrones and pool table, vending machine etc. Nothing is too much and bell there to ring if you do need anything. Room and bathroom was clean etc
