Friendly/chatty staff Rooms were basic, but functional, clean and fit for purpose We go to Blackpool every year and because we're an all male party we struggle to get in anywhere at the north end since our regular B&B closed down - this place ticks the boxes There's a cafe and a mini market just around the corner Ideal situated for the pubs and bars

The street itself looks quite run down, there are a few "people" just hanging around in the morning, with a strong smell of cannibis in the air

Exactly what it says on the tin. Good location, Exceptionally clean and tidy. John was a top class host and couldn’t do enough for us, For the price it’s well worth it. Group of 10 lads for a night out.

Everything! Location, value,does exactly what it says an ideal base for a night out! Fab bar ,pool table and John was amazing! So helpful and nothing was too much trouble 😊 Even gave us an extra room to accommodate us better totally went above and beyond thankyou 😊

John was a very good host,and very helpful,sorted parking for me which was opposite the hotel. Couldn't fault what we paid for.

Booked for 26 people on a stag do, the rooms were really clean and we could not of asked more from John. He went above and beyond for our overnight stay. I would highly recommend.

John was a great host, coped with a bunch or roundy women like a pro 😁, gave us plenty of room. Good communication. The rooms ate basic but that's what you need on these kind of nights out

John was so helpful and friendly. He made sure everyone enjoyed their stay and went away with a memorable experience.

Bearing in mind it is set up for hen/stag do's this was great! the owner was so lovely and helpful! couldn't do more for you. Highly recommend!

The B&B is in a great location and John is a Friendly host who couldn’t do enough for our group. We was arriving a good few hours before official checking and he had the rooms ready for when we arrived.
