Clean and tidy everything was fresh and a welcome smile staff couldn't do enough for ye definitely recommend

Nothing absolutely perfect

My stay here went well. The member of staff who checked me in was lovely and polite. Bed and pillows very comfortable. TV, Sink and running hot water in room. WIFI works great. Location couldn’t be any better – right where everything is in town. Even all the other hotel guests were polite and pleasant which is a bonus.

Just the shared WC rooms but I already knew this before arrival. Would like to have scored higher than an 8/10 but with very high operating costs in UK due to many reasons mean the hotel can't offer complimentary services that a similar hotel internationally could offer.

location is brilliant for what we need, cheap n cheerful.

beds a bit uncomfortable, but fair enough fr the price, stayed before, and have 2 more weekends booked this year here

There is nothing to dislike

First of all the location is really handy for the town centre, our room was heated and the beds were super comfortable, it was fantastic! The staff was out of this universe. The kindest. They helped us with the things we needed and was so friendly. They really made us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again!!

Nothing bad about the place at all and that's the honest truth.

Customer service excellent very welcoming. Location right in the heart of Blackpool town centre, amusements, and the sea front and many fine food outlets. All good. Thanks once again Martin for your kind hospitality.

.Second time staying first time with the family, would definitely recommend to family and friends staff was polite and friendly, hotel clean and well presented, rooms was a little small but still cosy enough will definitely be booking again.

2nd stay. This time thur, Fri, Sat night. Bar offers are excellent. Had a double room on ground floor. No disturbance on a night which is good. Bar downstairs excellent again with great music & pool table. Martin and lyne are the best hosts. They now have popcorn and the kids love it. Will be visiting again. Thank you once again for a great time.

Good value. Convenient location, 5-10 minutes walk from shops & beach. Quieter than I expected. Staff very helpful & friendly. Free WiFi. Basement bar/social area. CCTV. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding & towel. TV. Tea/coffee/milk supplied. Sink in room. Nothing that would put me off returning. Ideal for 1/2 nights.

Minor issues that are commensurate with price point. Room/décor bare/utilitarian/basic/aged/no frills.

Was in charge of the booking for an end of season football trip. Had our other hotel cancel on us 2 days before and decided to book here. Come under fire with a lot of scrutiny before arriving to the hotel. So much so that some people decided to book their hotel… MUGS Fully depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re coming here expecting the best family hotel you’ve ever booked (which seems like some people in the reviews are) then probably don’t stay here. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s in a decent area with comfy rooms to sleep in and that’s it then get yaself down the ‘THE NASHY’. Hosts were sound, bar is cheap and location is spot on. Would book again 10/10
